+Loubna Cherkaoui ::: this is because what defines "rich." The word rich differs depending on who you are asking. Example, If you make $100,000 a year, someone who makes $250,000 a year would not consider you to be rich while someone who makes $50,000 a year would. This poses a problem because the answer to the question will differ among people depending on how they define "rich."

positive = objective since it could be tested & verified through data analysis
normative = subjective, since it's based on opinion

"Rich people need to pay more taxes." I agree it could be written better, but I'm going to say a normative statement right now, I think that sentence is a positive statement. Rich people do have to pay more taxes, they NEED to because they make more money. && than you can look at a chart that shows income compared to money spent on taxes! It can definitely be proven.
