We redid an old camp house on our lake lot. I found some old fish prints in our attic that came from Texas Parks and Rec many years ago. They worked perfectly. I used boat anchors to hang them. I also found the tackle box, a fishing net, an old hat, and minnow bucket that my father-in-law used, and we used all of it as wall decor and decor on top of an old cabinet.
You guys need to know how freak'n blessed you are! To be able to have shops like that locally, with such amazing antiques and THOSE DOORS!!!! ahhhhh my gosh, AMAZING!!! We just dont have that here in Manitoba.

Every woman needs a sled, canoe, and a giant life preserver. 😊 So fun! The large gray doors are glorious! Your clients are very lucky. The duck doors are perfect.
I wish I could go and get a set of those doors we put some temp.set of door's that go with the rest of the doors in the house but a set of any of those oh my lord .that would be the icing on our house.
I wish I lived closer to Texas, great shops. I live in MN. So we have 10,000 lakes. So anything boat, fishing, waterskiing would be great decor. The snowshoes and or skis would be wonderful if this lake freezes and or gets snow. Binoculars, lake maps, vintage posters for waterskiing, cabin life would be a too. Taxidermy in the form of whatever animals are present there would work too. PS a large map of the lake would be cool and also very practical for guests to know and understand the lake .👍

It's a fishing cabin, so that's what you need, and a shadow box with old fishing lures. People sell them in garage and estate sales. Also get people to send you pictures with their big catch, and make a collage wall. You'll get many choices! You need old orange life vests, not buoys or deep sea fishing stuff. ☺ Also I'm making my husband take me to that antique store~Casper & WHAT? BTW, Lake Fork is the 11th largest lake in Texas. 😉

oops, it was too tall, so my builder was able to cut it down bc we have less than 8 foot ceilings in our pantry.
