Think about your skils you learned. You may not be able to practice everything there. If you think only about the money NH is best. Ofcourse it's also about the satisfaction and comfort. I worked in both and personally Hospital is best. We can think about NH job after we are on our 50s😄. Raj u also got experience in both. What you prefer 😄?

I don't know as a nurse.. But if I think as an HCA, i think NHS is the best..

for HCA, NHS is always good, there is no much work load, but in care homes, HCA has lot responsibility and stress.Not for nurse. In India, nurses shifts are very hard with no salary. Then why the nurses destroy their health again in the UK, NHS?
Make money for better life, do not hurt your body for memories.
