These boxes are spectacular! So ingenious. Love both of your makes. They made me smile after a rough day today. Was so hard to say goodbye to my dog, Max. Thank you for thinking of me. 🌈💕
What a gorgeous box. Your decorating skills make the project! It is a more labor-intensive die but since it is a box (not curved) it would be doable for me. Thank you for a great video.
Thanks very much, Francine. I made it in sturdy 300gsm card and it feels really good. Just make sure you fold and burnish the score lines well and it will be beautiful :)
Absolutely beautiful !!!! When I first made this, I found the part when gluing the two first tabs (4:13) awkward, also getting the scoring well on the two close lines , but I'm sure with practice I will get better. I also love the lid, as it reminds me of playing cards and thought it would be great to use them maybe on a 7x7 or 8"x8" card with 3 of the lids fanned out! Thank you for such lovely video Demos. Keep up the great work
Hi Ruth. This is a beautiful sample of the box :-) My sets arrived today...the question is when will I have the time to craft them ;-) Kind regards M 🙂
Hi Mario! Long time no see! Time is definitely in short supply here too. There's less as I get older. It just flies!! Enjoy when you get time to create! Okie dokie!
Your box is absolutely beautiful Ruth. Unfortunately it is not working for me. I have tried 4 times to get this one right and wasted so much cardstock so won't be trying again anytime soon. So fiddly for me. The Twist and Lock box was great to make but not this one. x
@@ruthhamilton8025 Hi Ruth after watching your tutorial many times yesterday I did finally manage to make one on attempt number 6. I hate defeat and just had to persevere with it. I got there in the end. x
Adding the reinforce strip as a decoration really does make the top more attractive. Thanks for the idea, Ruth!
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it :)
I think these colours work so very prettily together. 🐾
Thanks very much, Deborah. I love the Italian Rose card :)
