Wonderful video! Was that someone walking a cat at 0:50 minutes? The streets are pretty much deserted, when was this filmed? Thank you for connecting us to your beautiful town/city!
Yes they were walking a cat and had the cat carrier with them LOL My Gran told me that years ago someone used to bring a pony to town too and queued with it in the post office. They even took it on the train and took it to Wrexham Maelor Hospital LOL I filmed on Christmas day and the clips towards the end were in the summer on a Sunday night. I found online news about the pony www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/train-horse-taken-to-hosptial-ae-180258 and : www.dailypost.co.uk/news/north-wales-news/man-tries-take-horse-train-2698586
@@WrexhamAFCfanzone I guessed the first part was Christmas morning. Thanks for the article on the pony -- it actually looks like it might be a miniature horse, which have been trained as support animals visiting patients in hospitals and nursing homes. If you ever watched the TV series Parks and Recreation, they have a miniature horse that is sometimes called a pony by the uninformed -- people took great offense at that!
I don't know if it was one of those miniature horses. I know the ones you mean, lots of videos of them on UA-cam. This was a bit bigger , another article here in which you can see the size. I think the horse belonged to local gypsies. www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/world-famous-train-pony-revealed-ruby-1834912
Great tour of the town! A couple of the times it looked more like a scale model of Wrexham rather then the real town. Just an optical effect, but sometimes it felt like I was looking at one of those miniature village displays I seen video of around the U.K. 👍
@@WrexhamAFCfanzone I was thinking it must be when you were running it up that street under the overhead lighting and right through that gazebo in the park. Plus you know any lower and that cat might of made a attack on it mistaking it for a bird!😂
Shops look great all boarded up more charity shops than proper shops I would have thought twice about putting that on UA-cam looks like a down and out town
It's like most towns in the North of the UK and Wales we have issues here with the economy. I didn't have to think twice about putting it up. I am really proud of my town and everyone who visits here from all over the world love it. Many return time after time because they like the town and people. Thanks for your comment.
Yes actually and in Welcome to Wrexham we are not portrayed as a bustling , successful town with nice shops and quality of living. They show it as it is, a working class town that fell on hard times. But we are on the way back up thanks to the team and Ryan and Rob.
Thank you. It almost feels like this video was made specially for me. Your best yet. Thanks again.
Glad you enjoyed it Frans, Happy New year.
@@WrexhamAFCfanzone I really did . Happy New Year to you and yours.
thanks for this. i can imagine walking down all the street and just bask in the lovely town. happy new year to everyone there.
Happy new year to you too Eddy.

It is actually harder flying it lower than higher. Glad you enjoyed it.

@@WrexhamAFCfanzone iget what you mean, this is the reality of economy and it's happening everywhere. makes the place even more precious.
