Why are the four tie down strap loops twisted? And, the manual contained inside shows a rubber handle, which is nowhere on the bag.

Hello, 40-60L is no problem at all, 19L-32L needs to be judged according to your helmet size.
What's the internal space of the 40L-60L bag (in unexpanded 40L mode!)?
It is 40L when unfolded and 60L after expansion..

@@Rhinowalk_Global No, I mean I think there's a misunderstanding here between internal DIMENSIONS (i.e. HxWxD) and CAPACITY (i.e. litres). All the information online only lists the external dimensions and the litre capacity.
