These look so flawlessly easy to use. The side by side was very useful. The price difference would likely be my deciding factor. And, as you said, CT needs to do better with shade ranges. Cheers!

I watch a lot of these types of videos but for some reason you’ve demonstrated why the CT contour wand is so good! KVD is nice but I prefer warmer tones so I would have to play around. Thank you from Florida USA!

I just bought the kvd I like how soft and natural looking it is.. I’ve never tried Charlotte’s because I’m not spending 60 on a contour and she probably still doesn’t have my shade lol. The Kvd has 2 shades that work for me and one that’s too dark although it’s not talked about it must sell good because I went to Ulta and then two different Sephora’s before I found my shade in stock

I’m extra, I use both lol. I use the KVD as traditional contour, the CT as a blend since it shows up warm on my skin, then light dust of CT powder bronzer in fair. As I’m paper pale I treat my skin as I do my oil paintings, everything needs a mid colour blend.
Oh you do not need to worry about being extra around here that’s for sure haha I love that and makes complete sense to me! 💗💗

Just yesterday I bought the kvd gel, not having heard ANYTHING about it. I bought it because the CT one is ALWAYS sold out.. also the sling applicator is a no from me. Love the kvd one already.

Omg I wish CT would change that darn sponge applicator. It’s so comfortable the first few times you use it… then it turns into this wet gummy slime ball you gotta press all over your skin.
Ps thank you for always calling out big brands shitty shade range. It’s a bit disappointing for CT is as big as they are..

@@MartinaLily I absolutely love the product. But the top is so gross and so nasty. I've attempted to clean it off and took the top off. Which actually, has become much better, but that sponge really helps catch that extra drip. So I have to store it upwards. And then air does get to the product which kind of changes the formula a little. I'm so looking for something different. I love the product I loathe the packaging.
And I so agree. Why is it so difficult for a company that is making excellent money, not to come out with a large shade range. Warm tones look good on me when I have a tan. I can lose my melanin much quicker during the winter.
Oops sorry didn't mean to post that. I need a cooler product during the winter time. And a warmer product during the summer time. Being up North I'm a totally different color than I am down south. Unless I keep up tanning. And no tanning is not bad. Especially for someone like me even though I'm extremely pale. I can handle a 20-minute session with ease. It only takes me for tanning sessions to be Brown. And I'm a mahogany color. So the warmer color looks really good with my tan.
And when I lose that color. I go Fair neutral but more in the pink side then the yellow warm. Which looks hilarious on me.
And Charlotte's light color is terrible. And I like the deeper color I find it more on the neutral pink side rather than heavy warm. Also deeper in color. But the hassle I have to go through just to take a small amount out I'm done I've had it. Stick a fork in me.

Hi there! I find the KVD one does but if you apply it softly with a brush then it doesn’t but if you apply to your face and then blend out it will. I only noticed after I filmed this otherwise I would have included it sorry.
I usually apply before Powder however you can apply the charlotte tilbury one after powder but I wouldnt do that with the KVD one 💗💗

How does the KVD compare to the Huda tantour?
Sooooo different. The Huda isn’t as much of a contour shade and it’s lot heavier and more prominent on the skin. Not in a bad way but just a very different vibe
