In my opinion, cancer patients in remission/NED should receive full-body MRIs every 6 months until they reach the 5 year mark, once a year for years 6-8, and a "final" scan at the 10th year. Any recurrence should count as year zero. This could save a LOT of lives.
Samantha, you have been through a lot and I am so impressed with your willingness to tell your story which includes some good, some bad and lots of hope. This was a positive message well told. Wishing you and your husband all the very best.🌷🇨🇦
A lovely, brave and strong woman. Best wishes to you and your gorgeous husband. May life give you everything good in the future. You both deserve it. ROSE (Ireland)
Thank you for this video. I’m so glad you’ve achieved almost five years NED. I’m so sorry you went through such suffering. I wish you and your husband a happy, healthy, fulfilling life.
I had irregular bleeding in between my periods and my then gynecologist kept dismissing it and pushing birth control. I decided to change doctors, got a pelvic exam and they found precancerous cells that led to a LEEP procedure. If I hadn't changed docs, it's likely I wouldn't have my boys here today. Doctors need to step up, this generation is suffering. Your story is amazing, your positivity is inspiring and this is all so important to get out there. Thank you for surviving and sharing your story ❤️ 🙏
@saranyagupta1 I did not get one birth control. I wanted to know why I was bleeding in the first place and my husband and I were preparing to start trying for kids.
Praying for your healing and peace in your life. Sending hugs . Stay strong and keep strong . Your husband is such a good person and you deserve to have him after all your hard days together. Still he is there with you.❤❤
Thank you for sharing your story and wisdom Samantha! Cancer is an incredibly difficult and eye opening experience, and you’ve showed strength and grace within your story. I can relate to a lot of what you said, going through my own journey, especially about learning how to cope with the health anxiety/paranoia. Wishing you all the best! ❤
Amazing story….I just finished oncology scanning from hell …I lucky I have no cancer but wow!!!! I went through virus checks allergy tests … blood work …tumour marker tests …chest X-ray ..back X-ray abdomen X-ray ….double ultrasound …ct scan …endoscopy …..about 14 different type of tests and found nothing:(….super stressful though …I can only imagine being diagnosed …how someone must feel
Your such a beautiful woman , you’ve been threw so much you look my daughter in law …. I think I have this it’s been 3 years I’ve been telling docters nobody listens ….. my husband is dying of lung cancer but we are positive and do everything together Well done sweety keep being beautiful and positive ❤❤❤
In MY experience, the bleeding after a total hysterectomy is either from dryness, or a sign cancer has returned. The same (bleeding) with my 3rd recurrence. Undergoing internal radiation now.
Knowledge is power ….so many people getting rare forms cancer …preventive screening is key….ladies ….do your Pap test every year!!!! And I think pelvic ultrasound…it detects the silent growing cancers….ask doctors to for hereditary cancer screenings

That was ONE HECK of a story.
Please research spikes in young adult cancer / nanoplastics.
You said you had a total hysterectomy but during your second diagnosis you had bleeding. Without a uterus, was this rectal bleeding?
