Two questions for clarity;
1. Hexanucleotide repeat question. Some students said that it came and some said that it didn't. So I've given the answer just incase it came.
2. Regarding Bombay blood group question controversy. If blood transfusion to specifically Bombay blood group was asked then answer should be Bombay blood group only as I've mentioned. That Oh phenotype.
If in general, best blood group is asked for giving as a universal donor then it's O negative.
Since students have given me multiple options and opinions I wanted to clarify this
For bombay blood group, It was mentioned the patient didnt have the blood group available

Mam and another question was there-
Contraindication for spleenectomy:-
1.iatrogenic trauma
2.bone marrow failure
3.thrombocytopenia
4..
20% of these questions were not in my paper. This session actually gave me some hope.. maybe i could pass. But i definitely dont deserve to. I made soo many silly mistakes. I put Tsutsu for tick, bagossis for cotton, spleen as 1 lymph organ,OH for Bombay BG, changed gilbert to dublin. I regret everything. I hate this. 😣
Certain number of silly mistakes everyone does. Recall sessions can never tell you the exact score for any exam because they are based on feedback from different students. And so many different opinions.
So don't get disheartened and just relax for the timebeing. The final result shall decide ahead. And we must not have premature celebrations nor should we get disheartened before the actual result is declared

Question was early marker of MI 1 ckmb 2 troponi 3 ldh 4 ischaemia modified albumin. I marked ischaemia modified albumin because it rises early than all others. Myoglobin was not there in options.
Question was what is the diagnosis Of a child with cleft lip and palate , microopthlamia and umblical hernia. 1 edward 2 patau 3 praderwilli 4 turner. I marked patau.

Patient with hypertrophic pyloric stenosis.....before surgery which electrolyte imbalance must be corrected (ibq)
1) hypokalemia
2.hyperkalemia
3.hyponatremia
4.hypernatremia
In question had low hb normocytic hypochromic anemia and high Reticulocyte count and option were 1 AOCD 2 aplastic anemia 3 Myelodysplatic 4 something was there. But IDA was not mentioned. i marked AOCD.
In the question With testicular tumor ,good prognosis was also written
Maam looking a like club shape but image is little bit gandalf types not clear club ,,and there is skin involvement so i hv changes my ans ,i hv write ,,microsporum
