A while back you guys reviewed a Walmart Cyberpower PC with a Ryzen 5 7600 and an RX 7600 for $900. I was able to buy one off someone brand new on eBay that clearly didn’t know what they had for $600. Or it fell off a truck! I’ve since upgraded the single channel RAM to 32 GB dual channel, swapped the small fan for a Be Quiet tower cooler and upgraded the RX 7600 to a 7900GRE.
@@reeder277ya man, it was some pawn shop idk how they got it, but I couldn’t pass it up for that price. I sold the RAM and the RX 7600 so net I’m only into it a bit over $1000.
I think they were being auctioned off all the time cuz I also picked one up from someone who bought it from a pallet. They sold it for $525. I ended up flipping it but I so wish I would have kept it.
@@Madmehicannice apparently a pallet or two fell out the back of a truck as it rounded a corner somewhere. The guy had two and I did notice that about a week later he had the price down to $550 but I didn’t care cuz $600 was too good to wait longer and take the risk of not getting it!!
My Victus I5-12400 with a PNY 1660 Ti and 32GB RAM It just scored 6319 in Time Spy.Jackson hit 6157 which adds up since his isn't a Ti The Victus is not my main computer "thank goodness" but its no slouch overall.
I bought a Vega 64 off Jawa and it works flawlessly. I was super impressed with the packing job too. More and more of my eBay GPUs have been coming in an envelope only.

In my opinion Jawa sucks for finding deals. I've looked many times and never found a single good deal. Everything was fairly priced because Jawa is an enthusiast website. I find amazing deals on ebay all the time. Especially for gpus. Got a 3 fan 5600 xt for 90$ a week ago. And a sapphire rx 580 8gb for 50$ a few weeks ago.
Dude it wins by a small . Small margin. Plus look at the builds. Do you want a custom pc for the same price and performance or a rebuild by a big box store that looks like crap . I just looked at jawa and I'm sorry I can't really agree with your statement especially the amazing prices horrendous for what you're getting I would recommmend finding a friend who competent and either buying the parts brand new or used but separately and learning to build it with a friend also helps for maintenance down the line.
You guys are so lucky because you got a goodmarket place with a lot of different pre-build PC. here in the Philippines we only got FB marketplace and most of the PC available are not that good for the price.

Don't be fooled by youtubers, Jawa is mid. I got my parts brand new on Amazon at the same cost and some cheaper than the used parts on Jawa. Got my gpu on ebay though for 70% of the market value.
Same thing is happening with AMD right now. AMD spending big bucks advertising through youtubers. I expect AMD prices rising and getting people next gen of GPUs I bet Nvidia sits back and stays the course. The value based on what you're actually getting hasn't been much of a value with AMD considering they can't support a lot of basic software. The value is they play games well and it stops there
I was kind of lucky like you Jackson. When I got my first pc a few years ago during the pandemic, I got sent a 1060 6 gig, when the listing said 3 gig. Was very happy about that, especially cause how expensive parts were at the time.
i was selling pc's then. I sold one with a rx580 4gb listed then noticed an issue with the gpu before boxing up and i didnt have anymore 4gb 580's so i put a 8gb 580 in it and the shithead did a chargeback not as described and kept the computer and the money.......
The thing with Jawa is that sellers want to profit BIG time. So you will see PCs like an RX 580 paired with an i5-7400 cpu go for 500$ which is nuts. Sure you can trust Jawa much more than eBay, but I'd much rather get an i5-12400 than a blinged up RGB junk.
for ebay just deal with people that have good reviews, not any more risk than amazon if you do that, but eBay you need to watch and bid to get the best prices.
@@buildyourcomputer lots of strefronts take low ball offers too espiceally if they dont set a offer limit i got a 2021 mini pc specs arent crazy but it had a 2.5 in samsung 256 gb ssd and a 1 tb kingston nvme dude listed for 100 sent me a offer for 50 sent one back at 45 and got it for 52 shipped . took the nvme out for my main rig now its my media box for the family room and my mothers back up pc
still n9othing to deals on fb.. i got a rig with a 6700k and 1070 for 80 bucks bc the dude lived wayyyyy out in the country no one was gonna drive, but i did, and its a great rig

just picked up a prebuilt, asus x299 mark2 intel i7 7800x msi gaming z trio rx6800 16gb of ram 3tb of storage all for 500 bucks cant wait to try and score a 10980xe and this thing will be an absolute monster
@@snorlaxatives13 doesn't change the fact he can pickup a Ryzen 4070 and put in the prebuilt and then sell the Rx 6800. Only reason I don't recommend the XTI version is because it's about $300 more than a base R4070 and only has an 11% performance boost
I spent $650 including shipping on a pc from jawa and it has a 1tb kingston ssd, rtx 3060 12gb, ryzen 5 3600, and 16GB DDR4 on the msi b450M pro-vdh max motherboard
looks is just vanity for those not on a budget really , anyone that wants a low to mid-range pc for gaming should always go for higher specs on non argb computers too get a better pc over all playing the games at the highest performance they can get for there budget wise money they can afford. if ya got no money issues then bling it all ya would want too is what id recommend , but if on a budget go for the best performance that will make you a lot more satisfied when you are gaming on it then bling will.

I also think it’s worth noting in regards to Fortnite that CPU and RAM are the most important parts in that scenario. You can see Jackson is at 11GB of RAM Usage and that’s JUST on DX11 Low + Epic View Distance. I recently found this out because of your videos and I was like “if my ram usage is as high as theirs then maybe I need more ram.” So I got 32GB (from 16) and it runs like a dream

@@trevorbelleville7517 Swap the SATA drive for an NVMe, or better still add one. You can buy single use keys from firms like CDKEYS, online for reasonable prices. They lock the OS to the PCB so whoever you sell the board or PC too in the future won't have to buy Windows again as the license follows the board and not the account as a full physical copy does. Your build can play more than Fortnite.
not bad but i fear the arc cards id rather go with a amd card for its price range , better performance and reliabilty on a 6700 xt or better for same price or near it then a arc 770
My recommendation select the parts u want to get from eBay, Amazon, Jawa, and fb marketplace used and new and start accepting trade in offers at the shop that u can and want to use. I got a 6900xtx for $400 on jawa. with $20 shipping but I paid extra for expedited. it showed up after 4 days and its like new. it was a killer deal.

I think Ebay would be better for price but you run a higher risk of getting junk. While Jawa you can get much higher quality for a reasonable price
