The fact that burgzy came shows even fame can’t change that humble burger
Sheesh🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶
Atrioc only brings the highest esteemed guests on market Monday.
He really did overcome his depression FeelsStrongMan
A hamble burger 😏
I think the “green out” and “frames win games” ad campaigns would’ve done better if burgzy sold them. He’s just so down to earth and relatable.
A guy you can sit down and have a burger with y know?
@@buster3698 😧
Burgzy’s comeback is bigger than the patriots against the falcons in the super bowl.
Sadge
Bigger comeback than Bisu vs Flash
Why did you say this
@@zimmlewis2421 hasn’t been in a video in a while?
Just so you know, Burgzy got Big A to 100K. Power of marketing
No the green out did
Working overtime behind the scenes
There was a brain games episode where they made a chocolate cake, cut it in half, and then put a sign on one that said it was 100$ and a sign on the other that said it was 10$. Literally every person who tried both said the "100$" one was significantly richer and better in flavor.
I still can never understand how people fall for that. I’ve never had a problem thinking something branded more expensive tasted like crap. Or slapping on an extra 0 made a cake taste way better than another, same exact piece of cake. Am I that dead inside that emotions don’t sway logical decisions like at all?
@@Chooopy That’s part of it, but also because we put inherent value into something that is deemed better. An example is bigger number, better or more entertaining person: that they’re more important than another person.
@@Chooopy I know right? maybe I would think they taste slightly different but overall just be disappointed with the $100 dollar cake, not think its better. I also wonder if any of them just say they taste a difference but actually don't as well. That was another research study done where researches got someone to agree something that they know is false because everyone else was saying it was true and they didn't want to be the outsider because of it
@@Chooopy I think it has to do with savoring it more. Like oh “$100 I should see why it’s worth that”, and you end up savoring the food more hence it feels tastier
Shout out to the guy who said "ludwig's ass" in the chat when atrioc was talking about what he eats
Burgzy carried this collab harder than any feature on j Cole’s album
Pretty low ngl
I’m a simple man, I see Burgzy, I click
im imagining being that guy watching this in a college marketing class and it feels fucking surreal
Just change your perspective about where you're watching a video, and boom. It feels so crazy.
I read this right while he’s reading out the chatters message about mommy’s tendies and yeah… pretty fucking surreal
I honestly like the concept of "assume made with real fruit = candy". It undoes a lot of the fake associations that food marketing has created in your head.
My favorite example of the name change thing is that "chilean seabass" is actually patagonian toothfish
I am a zoomer and all I have to say is that burgzy is so relatable and funny! If he told me to buy something I would definitely do it because he seems so real and honest!
burgzy stared deep into my soul at 11:36.
I was actually scared
I've already gotten to the point where I'm clicking old Atrioc videos in my recommended
I miss marketing monday
Sadge
Marketing Monday got so big, that Atrioc could afford Burgzy
It's good to see Burgzy back in the game. I had surgery in 2013 to get a juicy patty and thicc buns when Burgzy visited me in hospital. He told me I was "glistening" and "dripping with juice" which gave me the confidence I needed to go about life. I was worried about him and I'm just grateful that Burgzy is still alive and not rotting. 🙏
Glizztening *
I don’t know where I’d be without marketing Monday. All of the Lamborghinis and Bougattis I’ve bought using the skills learned from this series...
this show is getting famous with stars like burgzy doing special episodes
Remember when the title was "Burgzy Murgzy Flurgzy" LULW
Big A's story about Ari at the end proves that she, like her fiance, is built different
As an EU frog I can safely say that having regulations about packaging is so lifechanging. Getting lied to about the shit you put in your mouth at least 3 times a day must be frustrating as hell.
As someone who is wrapping up an undergrad this week in Marketing, this series is the most fun, entertaining, and educational content I consume regularly on UA-cam. You may be showing traces of a react Andy Atrioc, but my goodness your original content is golden! I know my opinion is inconsequential in the grand scheme of the Internet but I just wanted to express my admiration for Marketing Monday’s! All the best!
I missed him, I waited for him for many years, it all began, as I saw him look at me in an Indian stall in Asia, our eyes crossed, that moment marked the beginning of my chase for my soul mate, in the beginning, I had thought about giving up, but the nights we spent together cemented my beliefs to grab burgsty's hand once more, I searched all across the continents, until one day while watching Atrioc I saw him, clear as day, I knew he was my burgsty. now I can finally rest in peace knowing that Atrioc treats him well as a friend, all I hope is to see him one last time.
A lot of bottled waters have certain minerals added literally JUST for taste. Many of them are basically just filtered tap water with some minerals added (Dasani, for example, lol).
Forget atrioc collabing with dream, we need to see more of the genius Burgzy
Burgzy “I don’t know if you can relate” The Burger
Burgzy just cured my depression. god bless
For marketing Monday, a cool idea might be ranking celebrities on their movie cameos/commercials. Like how well a cameo enhanced an individual's personal brand and brought good pr to the company/movie.
genuinely really interesting content as someone whos looking into marketing as a career path. ur a legend Big A
Burgzy is so relatable and down to earth unlike my other favorite person dream who is good at everything he does
This was one of the greatest and informative marketing Monday’s in a while.
Great stuff Big A and editors! :)
You can tell Atrioc is a God of Marketing because of that iconic purple border around all his videos. It's like the Nintendo seal. Stands out everytime and always quality content.
One of the best marketing mondays! A lot of effort put into this on
I like how educational and entertaining you are man. I've finally found the next big youtuber that I can binge while I do stuff. thanks bro
Glad to see some larger creators like burgzy finally helping out smaller creators such as atrioc!
The two parts make a whole. Atrioc with his ingenious marketing skills to lie to consumers, and Ari with her impeccable truth to break through the facade
19:53 “and I was like bihhhh” classic why didn’t I see this sooner
I agree with this video but also the point about your wife is totally true, I eat pancakes with syrup and I can 100% tell the difference, not only between different brands but between "original" vs. "butter-rich" vs "light" Aunt Jemima syrup. My family thinks I'm insane.
i thought burgzy was an actual burger at first i was surprised to learn burgzy was a literal burger
I'm immune to the marketing not even joking, can't beat the strategy of buying the cheapest products
It's kind of odd that some people can't taste the differences in water. Maybe it's because I've drank a wide variety of water in my life, from different bottled waters and tap waters to a variety of spring waters, but I've always felt it was a pretty easy distinction. It's also odd to me that some people can just drink any water and not notice a difference. I live in CO, ands most of the municipal water supplies in the state are quite good, but I deal with this issue every time I go to Denver where the water there literally won't hydrate me properly. I'll start feeling dehydrated so I'll drink more water, but it won't seem to have any effect. Like I'll have a dehydration headache and chapped lips no matter how much I drink. It was particularly bad on New Years when I was there. I finally was able to drink non-tap water, and just one bottle of Dasani of all things managed to hydrate me more than multiple tall cups of water. Now when I go there, I go to a store and immediately buy enough water to last me for my whole time there, because my last experience was genuinely frightening. There's also something about the taste of the Denver tap water that feels dead in a way. Like it just tastes kind of empty and devoid of any kind of sustenance. It's very odd, but only a couple of my friends have actually noticed it. Maybe it's because I never lived in a city growing up. I always lived in places with either a water station that drew water from underground or a small town with an excellent water supply. Regardless, city water really messes me up
Glad to see that Burgzy is indeed real. Was almost scared that he might be fake and commercialized trying to influence us zoomers to eat more McDonalds.
I am feeling like copping a large fry for $1.89 tho.
The collab of the century
Great job Big A, I feel much more informed about the marketing madness of the food industry.
I think one recent example of renamings is also Clitoria Ternatea - nowadays being sold as "Butterfly Pea". It used to be named as "Asian Pigeonwings" (in plant journals and on wikipedia you still would find that as the real name, but I assume it will be phased out for the sake of selling blue butterfly tea to people).
THE RETURN OF BURGZY LFGGGG!!! I was afraid my guy would be forgotten forever
13:50 you gotta love how it says natural * on the box
burgzy is the one pulling the strings attached to the puppet known as "Atrioc"
Atrioc throwing the depression card shade is nice
Beef farms typically have calf’s on milk and grain. Most try to introduce grain into the calf’s life as soon as possible so they start getting bigger as soon as possible. Some farms transition onto silage for the final fattening months.
As a film-maker (I work production side). It's so fascinating to watch a marketers perspective.
Im a year late, but was curious about the poptart comparison. Is the sugar in the "healthier" option a more natural sugar and actual healthier option than the added sugar in poptarts?
I feel like marketing is what gets you to try a food the first time, but taste is what keeps you coming back.
Burgzy will live on in future marketing Mondays in our hearts
Lobster is my favorite somewhat recent in history success in rebranding. Lobsters used to be so common and cheap that rich people denounced it as commoner food and it was used in prison meals.
Glad to see that burgzy is doing better
Atrioc got the Burgzy and Penn and Teller feature the same stream 😳😳😳
Banger vid Big A, thank you for keeping it real
The thing about food marketing vs tech marketing is that not everybody is interested in tech. Not everybody is into the gaming hobby, no matter how big it is. The market is finite.
But food? _Everybody_ eats.
I don’t think I’ve missed a video in months
gotta respect burgzy hes so humble, even for an ok person like Atrioc he is there for him
Hmmm this will be good content for me to watch at 2:21am now that I have just finished my economics essay which is due tomorrow and will proceed to eat pop tarts in my kitchen.
Thank you Big A.
Burgzy and Marketing Monday am I in heaven?
6:15 This is hilarious as fruit fructose literally means "fruit fruit sugar"
You know why she knew it was Dasani? Because Dasani is the only water that tastes like plastic and ass.
S3K story gotta be a video
YESSIR BIG A COMING WITH ANOTHER CLASSIC
Now that Burgzy has been released the people are hungry for more BRING ME BURGZY OR BRING ME DEATH
2:28 twitch chat: "put hard drugs in the food"
As an australian I've never heard of the sky prawn, EVER.
Carbohydrates are just long strands of sugar molecules that are broken down into sugars in your GI tract. Sugars are absorbed faster which is worse, but carbohydrates are essentially the same thing in the end. The sugar stated under the carbohydrates are only half the story when looking at nutrition values. The amount of carbohydrates are just as important to consider.
I need burgzy lore
This content is so elite, thanks Big A
"Why food marketing Atrioc?"
Atrioc: "Well there's only so many types of marketing and I've been doing this for a few months now..."
Ngl bugs r the most underrated food in the west, some of them actually taste so good
6:55 those are grasshoppers atrioc.
I remember seeing a gluten free banana in a shop. And I was like, “Yep, it’s g,then free alright.”
Idk how ppl say u can’t taste the diff in water like u never forget the taste of that nasty desani water
Burgzy was so effortlessly cool
The burgzy segment is when Atrioc became the bill nye of marketing
this reminds me of the flouride in the water episode of parks and rec
we’re here big a
What a great marketing monday video to eat to!
as an Aussie, I have quite literally never heard of sky prawns.
that being said, if you can give me prawns with WINGS on them, you have my attention
We need Food Farketing Friday
Burgzy should be Big A's best man not gonna lie he's so loyal.
I swear to god, Atrioc's email notifications will give me a heart attack, I have to rewind to make sure it is in the video and not my college email telling me I'm getting kicked out
I seriously gotta ask why you are so worried about getting a college email about getting kicked out?
"I don't know if it's her or what"
Famous last words, my friend
Whenever I see that a product is "organic", I just think "Well yes, it's *food*. Of course it contains carbon!". When I see that a product is free from GMOs...well I don't mind GMO crops anyway, so I don't see a problem. Water contains electrolytes? How does that affect it?
So...I'm not sure the marketing works on me, since I usually assume whatever selling point they advertise is the norm anyway.
As for tasting the difference in water, I can taste the difference between tap water from different parts of my house, and generally prefer both to bottled water.
I'd totally fall for any Burgzy related advertising though.
The marketing doesn’t work on you because it seems like you paid attention in science class.
Whenever I hear the nonsense claims about GM food, I don’t know whether to roll my eyes or laugh. Nearly all food is genetically modified other than animals that are “wild-caught” aka hunted or fished. If people grow it or people raised it, then it has, at one point or another, been genetically modified. But most people are so scientifically inept that they buy into the organic/gmo scare without knowing or understanding what that actually means.
Yeah all those people in your school that would make fun of how boring biology and chemistry is and how they don’t care? They’re the same ones lapping up all this marketing nonsense because they don’t know better.
Bottled waters have a very distinct taste from each other and tap water. For me it's about finding the least plasticky water. I prefer Fiji water myself but that shit is expensive.
Is the water with ari story from where ludwig got the slim jim water challenge idea ?
Best vid in awhile
I can’t believe he got burgzy on marketing Monday
Bottled waters have different sources and all taste different to a certain degree. The trick is the companies who just use local tap water run through a filter (Dasani, for example) and try to convince you it's different.
Burgzy is alive. I'm so glad
lol I remember when I was a kid I ordered Dolphin at a restaurant and was very disappointed when it wasn't actually Dolphin but a fish.
The guy in the water segment sounds like Joel Haver
Dolphin fish definitely sounds like they're trying to rebrand dolphin meat as something palatable, the Mahi Mahi change makes sense
BURGZY NEW UPLOAD FEATURING ATRIOC POG
On the pop tart one and in general, the most important thing is to look at the ingredients. Half of Pop Tarts you can't even pronounce, the organic one was probably. a lot more straightforward. I'd argue its even more important to look at the ingredients than the macros. As a rule of thumb, don't eat anything people wouldn't recognize as food 100 years ago and you'll be a lot healthier and leaner.
