Hello, I have had the exact model for about 5 years. the plastic gear that turns the black developer is wear away, the grooves grind down and cannot turn the black developer; as a result I cannot print anything. I took the machine apart, as much as I can, to try and get that white gear out to either have it replaced or switch it with one from the other color (so I will at least be able to print in black and white) but I cannot figure out how to take that gear out. The machine has been parked down for about 2 years now. Can you help me please. No other technician who came were able to figure it out. And I thought i knew everything about this machine. Help me please. Thanks.
