Because I wanted to make a setup for a FAT Venom and copy it with Frigga next turn (which I did). Playing those cards to the Murderwold would distribute them randomly across locations and ruin that plan :)

So frigga is useful only for copying a big venom?

Mostly to copy a big Deadpool or Venom. But depending on opponent and situation you can also copy Demon from Nico, Shang Chi (useful vs Surtur decks) or even Carnage with 6-8 power.

She's really important for the deck.
But you could try hulkbuster, death, zola, etc.

Hulkbuster or Deathlok. Death won't fit here due to Agent Venom
