The best and easiest way you'll get those bare spots to fill in is to raise your mower deck as high as it will go and keep it there. No, it may not look as good as you are used to but grass grows outward as it grows upward, filling in those bare spots and it also helps to choke out weeds. When I first moved in to my grandparent's old farmhouse near Macon, the yard looked worse than yours until I learned this trick. Trust me, it works. Take care and give that woman of your's a big hug!
How long is your ditch? How large are culverts? In my area 12 inch double wall tile used. I bought a 20 ft, and 2 10 ft sections $60. I got 3 splices for $8 each. My thinking IF ITS ALLOWED. You hook to culvert lay non perpetrated tile, have dirt on top. You have a mild dip. I would run a 1/4” cable thru. IF it ever plugged. Hook larger cable, chain pull a mass thru to clean.

The water will flow through the rocks and might look better to you, if the city will let you do it. That plastic, Visqueen possibly, was put down to stop things from growing. I would be surprised if grass would grow there. It looked like decomposed pine straw and leaves. You have so many projects which could be over whelming. Pick one and finish it. The chickens would like a place that is comfortable to live in. I guess this was before Helene came through so that added to the list. Have good days!
Have you guys thought about having this be like an adventure style channel or vlog style channel? Where it can be a little bit of everything where people can see the other interests that you two have outside of trucking I think it could help the channel so it will be something for everyone and not just trucking. Just an idea

I paid $55 for 1 and that was at a dealer out here in California, but it shouldn’t cost you whole lot, but who knows anymore but yeah, pull your foot pedal back on your throttle. You’ll see that roller leg down there and switch clean that all out all that dirt it might be down in that might be interfering with the switch with the switch working otherwise unscrew it unplug it put another one in there and you’ll be offering running. Had that problem a couple of times a couple of other it’s a part that wears out every couple years we’re on and off so much

🇺🇸🐕🐕🐕💖☝ you need to get yourself a Rototiller you can buy a small one you know series or something like that for about two $300 get old get the electric one though those things really work good I have one when you get that tractor over there. take that big box thing on the back the greater thing on the back of the tractor, use that drop the forks down just a little bit so they go down maybe inch into the ground and go across your ground raking it up use it like a Rototiller in there as much as you can turn up everything and then after you do that put some poison down? I got stuff you can put on your ground. It’ll kill those weeds and then you just wait a couple months and then you can plant grass. Go to Home Depot it’s not really poison.

Trim those trees about 15-20 feet high if want a pretty yard and get those leaves up when they fall they are full of acid which kills the grass.

We have a fleet of t680's the clutch packs all replaced at 400000, had same indicator before sometimes now no issues 150000 later.
