Jayla Callahan Shou is pretty good, and a free app. For recording, there's no sound capture without jailbreak thanks to Apple and DRM protection, so hooking the jack into a PC and post mixing is highly recommended if you care about that. It does stream directly to Shou.tv, so you can set up your own gaming channel on there. ^_^
