Dreamer did the perfect punishment for the monster that is Amanda Waller. Waller desired total control at any means and she stripped that from her in the worst way possible. She knows that she knows but all knowledge is locked away and she can't go to anyone she for help because of pride and she has no one she can trust. She will go mad trying to recall what she knew ands it will be the perfect punishment for her. I hope she suffers for years in that cell irl but then we get to see her completely lose her mind and go scorched earth.

It led me to not only believe that she has ulterior motives not in line with her universe’s US Government, but also attempt to cover her tracks should she finally get exposed.
