Ben, you haven't seen anything yet. What Ken was talking about is real and true. I have traveled to more than ten out of the sixteen regions; visiting every district at least three times per year and my God Ghana is truly not poor. Gold and cocoa are the least of our natural resources. People all over the world can leave without gold and oil but can they leave without food? We are blessed beyond blessing

Coming together???? By who???? You need to elect a leader first before you can come together. So, it begs the question, how can we elect that kind of leader who can bring us together? Thus, it's not about putting aside our political differences. It's about you becoming an activist, identifying that personality, and selfishlessly working for that person to get to the Jubilee House. It's not about being aloof!

In 2022, I did research in Gemeni, in the Volta Region on fish waste and loss. It was apparent that the key resources the fish farmers wanted were access roads and cold storage facilities. Most losses and waste are due to poor roads and lack of facilities to store fish during the bumper harvest. Meanwhile, this community is a major supplier to major markets in Accra. Unfortunately, fishing is still very basic with many of the farmers at risk of drowning when there is harsh weather. After that research, I wondered why the government could not build cold storage for this community and provide a good road network for this community. These are issues for our country and we should not allow shallow minds to lead us. We must demand the best from them.

He asked "do you have any certification @ all" ... i just said, i used to have but all expired and no need to get new ones because i am able to learn and build the things i need to build as expected by my employers for their businesses. ...i don't want to just study for the exams/certifications .. but rather learn, use the technology, to transform!

I retail rice produced in Ghana and it’s not easy. The biggest issue for the industry is the lack of irrigation systems which results in the produce being incredibly seasonal and thus results in ridiculous price fluctuations. Getting people to trust and consume local rice is hard enough, add the price fluctuations into the mix and it’s almost impossible to sell to consumers that are already incredibly price sensitive. We really need to do better.

But the main issue is until all Ghanaians no exception discipline our faculties to be conscious as human beings, nature shall continue to remain us the hardest because we don't respect nature i.e rivers(water), forest, soil(earth), Air and fire this are the elements of creation and expected to be peaceful and comfortable. On the individual level some doesn't feel the suffering at all but as a country if we don't change our mindset and be discipline, I'm sorry.

We cannot achieve the type of development we want with this free for all democracy.
1.Democracy as is practiced in the west, is only done when you are developed and at the level of self actualisation.
South Korea,China and Singapore didn't get to where they are because of western democracy.
2.Government must control and direct every aspect of the life of the people...
That is why those who seek to rule us must be among the smartest people we have.
More so they must be people with a good heart, who seek the greater good at all times.
We cannot get these people from the shouting and insults competition between the NDC and NPP.
The party must be Ghana, with all on board....The leaders and the followers.
The reason why western style democracy is not good for us at this stage.
3.The mindset and attitude of the people must be changed through education and sometimes brut force.
And it must be education for a purpose.
Read about the journeys of Singapore and South Korea.
Sometimes you need both to let a people know what is good for them...
You cannot get to the top by changing route because of every small complaint in the name of democracy.

And why are they leaving, because there's no jobs. They spend all these money for Uni only to come and sit at home. And these politicians have the nerve to sit on media and brag that they did better than the other. Childish mindsets. But I can't blame them, the people aren't demanding anything from them so they get away with stupid things. In any developed country, if what is happening in this country was happening there, 60% of these Ministers would have resigned. Even the Vice President wouldn't have the audacity to come and seek election. There's no shame whatsoever and no accountability. Until we have this system in place, there won't be any change.
