personally i love tft because of flex play, and figuring out what the best thing is in any situation. so i agree with you here, if it's impossible to compete with the solved strategies, the game is a lot less fun
As a new player to the game, adding the item/character pop ups when mentioned has been incredibly helpful! Kudos to the editor, or whoever made that decision!
The only issue I have is that If I play a weak board and don't kill any units I take 12 but if you sell your entire board you still take 12 so it's always better (unless you are holding pairs and plan on win streak later with low costs, but going higher costs is stronger now thanks to headliner)
Box box not sure you will see this but, I bought the merch and it has separate shipping fees for each item is that correct? I am from Canada if that is relevant.
I hate the current patch TnT I was climbing steadily on plat, hoping to reach emerald and suddenly i lose everything and its so hard to grasp what's different

I swear if vertical traits just mean nothing its stupid. Like if someone has 6 disco i expect and want it to be better than 3disco with a bunch of 5costs. You should have to put some thought into your gameplay instead of just going 9 as fast as possible
Playing strongest board means no econ. You either sell everything and econ, or you buy units and play a strong board. There is no strong board and econ, unless you hit Hedge fund 2-1 and also happen to have some good 2 stars on your board, but that's 1 game out of 1000
Unless you are really highrolling it is hard to winstreak early without spending a lot of money. 5+ winstreak money is pretty good, but even then you are usually making a lot less money than the losestreakers. and they have better carousel priority, so even if you have good Econ they still have an advantage
I know the game state in higher elo is tough right now, but to be completely honest, it makes me click off the video when I start hearing the constant complaining. I'm not here to listen to complaints about the meta, I'm here for content. And it seems like every patch is often horrible and bad and it's just such a huge turn off from your content. Hope this changes
Glad you don't do the balancing beacuse that statement about vertical traits means the only way you prefer to play is Bill gates comps only.... Verticals exist so that the person who perfect econs and only goes for the 5 costs isn't the best board in the game.

I really think the open porting is fine with countering people with strong builds, however, when you punish people playing strongest board it kinda sucks, there should be some better incentives for strongest board players.
Open fort itself is not the problem, It’s always been a strategy in this game and should always be one. The problem is the 4-2 roll down meta, the strongest 4 cost headliners are Ezreal, Ahri and Caitlyn (with TD spat) and obviously competitive players want to win so they are rushing to get to level 8 before everyone else.
I never really thought about all the open boards like that cause I'm pisslow gold/plat but that is so true. Everyone tanking to try and grab spats is pretty lame especially with all the gold generating items that require fights to be extended. Also bulk diff on 3-5
Lose streak is obnoxious at this point... It should be a back up plan not your goal from the start. I don't think you should be harshly punished if you don't get a good start, but you shouldn't be so handsomely rewarded.
To deal with open fort, they should implement a system where at stage 1 and 2, if a player has no unit on his board, you would deal him times the units that you have, let say you level up to 5 and your opponent has no unit, you'd deal 5 times the damage like 5 x 5 and would deal them a whopping 25 damage. So they would have to at least play the weakest units and don't take extra damage.

That's why dealing extra damage to players that has no units is good, so that open fort will not be a strat anymore, can you imagine taking too much damage early game?
Oh I've been frustrated whit this tft season I prefer the previous one like there are strong builds but it's very strat wise right now heartsteal is broken its the only trait that's gives gold plus item and rewards for loosing if I don't contest them and they hit just 7 heartsteel it over

It's beautiful the effort on the editing, but don't try to play boxbox builds when patches arrives, videos are usually weeks old xd.

Funny because I was 100 for the whole game and lost for 10kda with Akali and Ahri 2 against my tf AND blitz 3

Players should automatically lose 2 health for each unit not fielded so if you play 0/4 units that's just 8 damage on top of player damage.

Literally the only thing that changes there is they play the weakest 1 cost unit they can find. That's it. People will still open fort.
