Not hitting "deatils" after doing the item name colors bothered me, because it means we didn't get to see what was what. Mainly because I don't play minecraft, but just from your video's alone I knew the totem of undying was gold, I knew golden apple wasn't blue.
Regular golden apples are blue. Enchanted golden apples(that one was) are purple.

I have used the diorite recipe. I was one diorite block off from my build and wanted to just finish it up with one craft.
1.8 was both prismarine and collored fences

Whenever the answer is related to versions I immediately recognise if something was added in 1.8 because that's when I started playing Survival, and around the same time I pretty frequently switched back to 1.7 to play with mods, so if something from my vanilla worlds was missing I knew it was something added in 1.8.
I also stuck to 1.8 for a long time even after newer versions came out, so I'm pretty clueless about the next few updates after.

The diorite recipe is good if you are still using a pre-diorite world though. If you wanted the new blocks on a really big world you would have to generate new chunks

I like how for the mob level with the snow golem and bat, Jordan did the same combination three times and forgot. I kept laughing and screaming, NO, you've already tried that combo!
The popped chorus fruit and dried kelp combo makes a lot of sense because they are not edible until cooked.
The dragon's breath -> spectral arrow is what hurt the most imo
That update was by far my most favorite released, and the dragon's breath I'm very positive in saying it is used in the tipped arrows (assuming I am correct, I forgot which arrows it did tip). Even if I'm wrong there, I just remember the breath being on the brewing tab along with the lingering potions.
I could be completely wrong, which is why I said very positive and not 100%. I apologize if it is wrong lol

The birch button was added in 1.13, because before 1.13 there was only normal wood button and stone button and in 1.13 they added different sorts of buttons from the different sorts of wood

I wish you could use all the useless rocks like diorite, andesite and granite to craft like you can with cobblestone be it as a stone pick or other variants (which I highly doubt).
I know this is old.. but I had to comment. I fully agree that diorite is a garbage stone that looks like bird crap, even with the new updated textures.. However, the polished diorite is very nice, nice and subtle, and goes good along side polished andesite.. I like using a checker board style pattern with them, and use them in work areas like where I put anvils, or even in a kitchen area if I make one.
