i always wonder why our Militarybudget goes Poof so fast well i see Luca she trows it more or less out of the window XD it looks rly nice with a bit work we could make it Stronger Better FASTER
From 09:50 to 10:50 this ship used 10 percent of its fuel. Total flight time in Earth gravity would be around 10mins so not really all day long like you said at 10:50. I also want to add that in a fight fuel capacity and damage per second are important on eco ships like this.
Good point x3 probably not all day long xD combat fuel usage is definitely much higher than normal usage though c= since I apply maximum thrust on a lot of the thrusters at once continuously x3 that would translate to about 10 minutes of combat fuel time and when translated to average normal usage I think that's about an hour c= And yeah those are always important for almost any combat ship x3
Cool and cheap survival ship, only thing I would change is turret location to the side, it's much more convenient place so you don't need to fly turned 45° to the enemy or upside down 😂
@@LucaTheGuide yes a bit overall design change to change turret position, but I think it will be worth it, it's too messy and dangerous to fight upside down turned
Hello! It is very interesting that you mention the ai targeting radius. I would like to argue that against such a small ship i can just dodge everything from around 800 meters with a jetpack, and then once the small ship is out of ammo, i can then approach it for free. One way to counter jetpackers like that is to not set the turret's target distance to very far, since it is less effective against dodgers at those ranges. I would like to even argue that on larger ships being able to set the gatling turrets to full range temporary, but running those short range by default is advantageous because those can hit rather large targets at long ranges, yet large targets are more resilient against gatling turrets
Plugging a hole in your ship with a spae engineer is a new one I think! So is describing a ship with only a single gattling turret as an effective combat ship xD
One thing I learned from building ships and crashing is to have a cushion layer of blocks just in case. I will make a heavy armor frame like a skeleton then have some half blocks with that air cushion in between. I will blue print the ship then go get it shot up in my creative to see how long it survives and if i need to move parts around. Then i will crash it to see how it holds. Then after that I will put in my survival games
I know this is an old video but I want to say why I, myself, use multiple landing plates on my ships so I can sort of describe away why a lot of people use 3 or more. I like playing "realistically" but with the ability to anchor my ship in case, for instance, I'm in high winds or in space. Because I want to land realistically, I want at least 3 contact points that are level with each other. If I only have 1 or 2 mag plates, then I will wobble to one side, but with 3, it sits balanced on the floor. Basically, multiple landing plates are for stability on the ground, mostly for roleplay or aesthetic.
I see c= that's understandable u wu ships balancing on 1 plate can look weird xD for me multiple landing plates can be useful to carry multiple stuff x3
Ship looks pretty cool, has basically what one would need for some exploration without going too nuts and having a behemoth
Yeah c= it's pretty nice x3 ♥
Here’s to everyone who builds and discovers new things strictly on Vanilla Survival.

xD but military experiments and experiments are important u wu and ye c= ♥ x3

"I think we're surviving better this time!"
Everyone proceeds to die...
Only Luca... 🤭
xD ye nvm, it looked like we were gonna survive better u wu
happy luca exploring an efficiant ship, but without an artillery turret 🤣
x3 ♥ but ye u wu would be cool if it has one x3 ♥

Yeah it's a pretty amazing and affordable survival ship c= and I see x3 that makes sense, would need to reroute those thrusters somewhere else though
@@LucaTheGuide yes a bit overall design change to change turret position, but I think it will be worth it, it's too messy and dangerous to fight upside down turned
Nice. If you remove the turret on top it can pass through hangar doors (put up and down) and have it in a small base. I love minimal ships.
Can it xD I should test that, oh you mean with 2 hangar doors x3 that would be cool yeah c= and ye me too u wu ♥

The sound you make falling down the clif is kinda sus lol
You mean to tell me you don't moan in fear when going down hill?
xD which bit, prolly just the physiological effect of the healthy exercise of going downhill u wu x3

Looks like it was built from a spawn pod
Yeah, I'd prob'ly pick that one to start with, as I'm not very bold when it comes to games like this.
Check out magrathea in the workshop, I'm rather proud of my work on that. I designed it many many dlc ago I need to retro fit it.
Cool ship. It really best for start in survival
Yeah c= would be cool to see servers actually use this ship for their starter ship x3
That's a pretty good first crash, that looked pretty awesome 🥰👍❤️🔥💥💥💥🎉🎉🎉
Ye xD it was pretty dramatic u wu
If your ship crush then go sleep in bed xd
Ye u wu might make you safer x3 xD
Second!!!!
