      Yes of course challenges are there being my first year but I red "Your First Year in Network Marketing" by Mark Yarnell and Rene Yarnell.....the book opened my eyes and so far so good✅.

    A lot of wisdom dispensing right here. I am old School and actually connects so much with this conversation.
    The Kenyan work ethics is very below average due to what we watch from our leaders.
    Our biggest setback are the because the leaders, the pteachers.
    In the Western World the Leaders are Community changers. These problem frustrates many youth. May God restore intergrity in African leadership.

    I’ve also applied the Dave Ramsey baby steps and has helped me a lot.
    Here there is money, but if you aren’t very careful, it’s worse being poor here and being poor back at home.
    Key word “discipline “.
    Seattle is very expensive.

      Saccos as well ... stima sacco,kimisitu sacco, bandari sacco, Kenya police sacco, safaricom sacco etc etc just to mention a few that are stable & doing well. Contact them and they'll set up your account...or when you're around go visit their offices & open an account. .. you can be in 2 saccos & invest there....

      Put your money however small at Stima SACCO. Then when you come home it will be a lump sum to invest with Government infrastructure. Please do not trust even relatives with your hard earned money.
      I am also in Diaspora . My advise

    There's such a thing as passive income. My passive income comes from my rental properties and stocks. There's times when I make as much in stocks as I do on my stock returns. But I can't touch the money in stocks, my employer re_invests for me until I reach age 59, since I'm in America I can wait to withdraw it at age 69.
