Raze actually said on panel that he and half brother Charles Jr travelled back in time to a point where Raze was a baby and Jr over 1 year old so as to not erase their existence from time if they altered their past
there was a plot point set up then abandoned that was going to revealed that Rogue was the biological child of Destiny and Mystique with Mystique being Rogue's farther by shapeshifting into a man. He is such a boring character if anyone needs their own movie it's Rogue
I vote X-Men Origins: Nightcrawler(the backstory of Azazel and Mystique gave birth to their son Kirk Wagner the Nightcrawler)
Azazel and Mystique are Kirk Wagner’s biological parents
the new writers will change everything you just said because they can
dope video my man!
This was a very good listen thank you very much
Although they barely interact during this movie (and in fact are antagonists through most of it), according to Marvel Comics canon, Azazel and Mystique eventually have a child together: Kurt Wagner a.k.a. Nightcrawler. He appears in X2: X-Men United (2003), played by Alan Cumming and again in X-Men: Apocalypse (2016), played by Kodi Smit-McPhee.
It would be so totally dope to finally see her take other forms besides humans especially in the movies, because so far ever since the very first X-Men movie The only thing is close to other objects that she has ever taken that appeared in the first was a small statue of lady liberty
Hey, Good story line. You did a great job with explaining everything. ;
You deserve way more subscribers than you have. Your videos are phenomenal and extremely well-made!
Kurt's my boy!!!
excellent video good sir.
Guess the xmen movies didn't do azazel justice at all
Excellent story! Keep up the good work!
I think Mystique deserves here own series plus 4 movies I cant be the only one who agrees
I love that scarlet switch and nightcrawler was in this
Thanks for pulling from the comics and not these horrible movies.. I got my first comic at 9 and been into comics since 94.. Great vid
Damn so she slept with Wolverine and Wolverine's son from an alternate universe
@MG16NCP and his skill-set is bananas. Him and Mystique can both control their pheromones could you imagine two people having the power to make the other one hot for the other
I just realized raze is mystique and Wolverine son Daken was who I was talkin about Mystique having an affair with
Wow this was pretty good 👍
First video that I've found that links azazel to nightcrawler
7:23 oh god, I can’t with comics sometimes
According to the official the classic marvel figurine collection mystique is Rogue's biological parent. It doesn't specify if she is the father or mother though. Check mystique's booklet.
Damn! This was good! Thank you.
Raze actually said on panel that he and half brother Charles Jr travelled back in time to a point where Raze was a baby and Jr over 1 year old so as to not erase their existence from time if they altered their past
Your voice is so soothing lol
Finally someone who knows well The X Men Universe,, well done
Retconned in X Men Blue Origins, Mystique is Nightcrawler's dad and Destiny is his mom.
BS retcon. Ruined Mystique, Destiny characters and Rogue's plot. So unnecessary
Mystique's is my favorite X-Men family tree.
Wow that was a great synopsis on the Family tree on Mystic awesome family tree 🤓👌
I love rogue and nightcrawlers sibling relationship through the years especially during men evolution
I love the idea of Graydon Creed being abandoned by his mother because he was unremarkable and boring.
I think the better origin for him was that he was raised and abused by Sabretooth, which is why he hates mutants.
@@ShadowSonic2 I’d read a book from his perspective 🤔
Mystiques is soo powerful!! damn tbh if I were to pick a superpower it would for sure be hers.
Awesome video! Keep up the great work!!
This is so much more information on current Wagner than I do even existed but I only watched the movies I have not read many comics.
Azazel props my man. Wish the 90's show would of added that. And might be the only reason I tolerate watching X-Men First Class lol
there was a plot point set up then abandoned that was going to revealed that Rogue was the biological child of Destiny and Mystique with Mystique being Rogue's farther by shapeshifting into a man. This was going to be Marvle's attempt to tackle Transgender and Lesbian issues but the plot was abandoned for being to risky.
Thank god, that is so stupid
Bruh
William Wood I heard that would've been Nightcrawlers original biological background.
That was Kurt’s original backstory, I think you’re misremembering
@@willberman1562 Quite possibly but I was sure they were going to reveal the reason Mystique took Rogue in was because she was her real parent must have been her real mother not farther
Best thing that happened from this tree, was our beloved Creaturoid Nightcrawler
one of the most iconic X-men of all times
wish more will understand how super underrated he is as a Marvel Hero
but same goes for Colossus, Psylocke and Rogue
You forgot that Mistique has a secret brother only known as "The Boss of this Gym"
Wow! Glad this was talked about. Good video
Amazing listen!
Great vid bro !!
Still the best voice in youtube, that merged to very informative material makes you a MUST see
So, I believe Raze (Mystique and Wolverine's son) does exist in Marvel 616 (Prime). He is born a little before the future version arrives in the present. In fact I recall the comic where Mystique pretends to be one of Wolverine's lovers from the past and they do the deed. Her powers were upgraded enough to fool his heightened senses.

Me: can I say it
Someone smart: no
Me: please
Someone smart: they’re not related so no
Me: PLEASSSSSSE
Someone smart: oka-
Me: *plays guitar* SWEET HOME ALABAMA
storyline Raven was to become weapom x instead of Logan and Logan helps Raven escape and Logan becomes weapon x not long after
Well done!No wonder you'd have done some hasty searchings in comics!
But...
Can you prepare a video on Apocalypse's family tree
Have you finished your video on apocalupse's family tree?
Can you do the storm and Richards ( the fantastic 4) family tree ?
Its ironic how Mystique always loved Rogue. She really was her favorite instead of her biological sons.
Great content!! Keep it up!!
I think you should start putting some music in the background at least lol
Amazing! Great Video. Very Well Done.🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
This is such an amazing channel. Very very informative for comic fans =)
this was very descriptive nice vid
Great break down !!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope we see rogue on a new X-Men movie again.
I'm surprised Mistique never had a child or even a romantic relationship with Magneto???
P.S. I only watched the movies tho, so this may sound odd to people more informed than me.
xxmessymindxx , how versed are you in the contenuities of First-class - Age of Apokolips? O ask because of you pay very close attention to Days of future past & Age of Apokolips they heavily implie (weather or not you are watching the Rouge cut) that Marry/Rouge is the daughter of Mystic & Magneto, & Knowing how agitated / enraged he got at losing one child (all he knew he had at that point) she rushedd to try calming him with the knowledge they had a daughter only to realize the early 20's Quick Silver is also his son Wich is why she got cryptic telling him as she Tryed snapping him back to his sciences that he has more family then he realizes.
@@nathanielstacy4488 really ??? I have days of Future past rouge cut . I need to watch it again I missed that somehow 😭
Bridgy Hairston , that also better contexualizes the Ruge cut as it gives Trask a reason to have Rouge plugged into sentnal master control since the sentnal's. are based on mom's DNA only a close match would. allow sutch control of. their switching, if the boys are dead in that time line rouge is the only choise.
The baraly interact on comics
@@nathanielstacy4488 @Nathaniel Stacy I really appreciate your comments and ideas but I have a hard time in understanding what you really mean because of the spelling and grammar. I saw all your comments and I can say that you have an amazing ideas and theories. Thank you for sharing.
Why did Mystique yeet Nightcrawler like that?? 🤣🤣 5:56
