Sir, a retailer dealing in multiple packaged products decides to sell loose commodity of only one of them, then GST paid on that one commodity can be adjusted against GST payable on remaining commodities. Effectively, retailer will unjustly enrich himself by increasing price on loose sales !!! For example a person buys wheat, rice and pulses in packs upto 25 kg and pays GST to his supplier. He then opens up rice packs and sell them loose. He can still claim ITC on GST paid on rice to settle GST liability he will incur selling wheat and pulses. I hope my understanding is correct.
Thankful to you Sir. Sir I have one question that in case of rcm at 5% itc available to service recipient but what will happen if now supplier of service charges at 5% forward charge, whether itc is still available to service recipient?
Sir For export of Grains and Pulses and other food products if Packing is 15kg or 25kg Then what, does GST paid or not ? Pls Advice Help Feedback Thanks
They just come with variety of complications. They themselves didn't comply with the provisions, many of the govt department specially state government offices are not complying with Income tax or GST act. Moreover how are they gonna ensure the compliance of these prepackaged grains/pulses rules? Most of the local grocery sellers are buying grains in bulk and making readymade prepackaged packages
Please post a video clarifying RCM applicability on rent of residential dwelling by registered person. What about applicability of RCM on rent taken for business purpose from an unegistered person?
