This was quite clumsy on Hooman’s part. First, giving Raya lots of attention right in front of Suki, who is clearly jealous. Then, putting Raya on top of or much too close to Suki (the camera angle makes it hard to tell how close, but it was clearly too close). Suki misinterpreted it as an attack, snapped in shock, Raya didn’t understand what she did wrong (because she didn’t do anything wrong) and instinct took over as she reacted in self-defence. And to scold Raya but not Suki, the instigator? They both need correcting over this (even though it’s technically not their fault) or it will happen again. As for petting Suki right after a fight… 😥 You can see her flinching. Wanting to be close to someone after something traumatic is a human reaction but not a dog reaction. Dogs need to be left alone with no contact to calm down after an event like this. Don’t keep forcing Raya and Suki to interact after this. Let them have plenty of time apart. Take them on separate walks and give them their own spaces to sleep in. Suki is pregnant and if there’s a worse fight, she could really hurt Raya or vice versa. Or worse, the stress could even cause her to miscarry her puppies. This is her fifth litter and she is an old lady now, the pregnancy will be hard enough on her as it is.
I think he triggerd this by putting Raya over Suki. That is a way for a dog to show dominans. Suki attacked first and then Raya defended herself. Raya didin't know what she did wrong, becuse the owner put her in that situation, not her. So it is all the owners fult. Not Raya and not Suki.
Yes but raya was probably already there before so I agree he triggered it by putting her back directly on the bed but raya is in her teen years and will start to rebel eventually idk why it’s a surprise raya reacted that way to suki
@@MonsterMama16 Ofcourse Raya would get mad if Suki is telling her off that way, when she didin't do anything. Woulden't you? And he knows Suki is a dominant dog, so it was a stupid move on his part.
You created the violence by dropping Raya on top of Suki, although I'm not sure why you did that, ESPECIALLY with Suki ready to give birth. YOU are to blame for this one. EDIT: I SINCERELY hope this is Suki's last litter of pups. She's done her work and made her money for you folks.....it's time to put her out to pasture for her much-deserved rest.....
It was an accident Oliver would have never put any of them in harm's way intentionally if you watch it you can see what happened also yes it is her last babies but it's not your place to say anything about it
This is incredibly irresponsible ownership. You literally dropped Raya in to Suki, causing the entire fight. Then you pat them, while both are still highly tense, to “comfort them, to tone the tension down”. This works with humans, not with dogs. What you’re really doing is affirming that this aggressive behaviour is OK, since pats are seen as a reward. I like this channel but this isn’t the first time I’ve seen you create a dangerous situation for your animals. You really need to research dog behaviour and body language or someone is going to get hurt.
100% agree, they have one of the most difficult breeds to train and tbh they don’t seem that knowledgeable about it, I know that humanizing the dogs is mostly for the cuteness of the channel but things like this make me doubt sometimes. I have a Husky and I know how difficult it can be dealing with primitive breeds but you can’t be that careless, these types of dogs need a fair but firm leader not a “mommy-owner” otherwise things can go really bad 😕
I subscribe to this channel before because of the content then after sometimes I seen the owner delete advices given by people on his way of handling shiro, like giving him confusing signal that makes him aggressive to create drama for content then I unsubscribe this video channel because I realize the owner never care about their dogs, they create drama for content and disregard the wellfare of their dogs.
Do you feel like maybe it was a little your fault? The way it looked from the video it was like you were putting Raya on Suki, obviously Suki didn't like that and snapped but Raya felt like she didn't do anything wrong. Hopefully it will be an isolated incident.
@@agamer5619 I've played it back in quarter speed multiple times. If it wasn't right on top of Suki, it was at least partially on her, enough to cause Suki to feel threatened. Very stupid move regardless, with _any_ two dogs.
I think this time the owner is at fault tbh. He put raya into the bed with suki instead of letting the dogs decide where they want to be. If you force them together with no way to escape, of course they would be aggressive. And Suki attacked first.
I think the same. Everybody just writing: "wow, good you're just next to them", but they didn't see that situation is Oliver fault and wouldn't happen as long as Suki and Raya got into intensive conversation like this.
Why was it a problem that Oliver lifted Raya on top of Suki? I don‘t understand that. Was it due to jealousy? I mean Suki was jealous of the newcomer, Suki?
Knappa22 nobody is blaming Raya or Suki but Hooman did not mean harm either he loves those dogs they are his beloved kids he did not put her on Suki she was already laying down beside Suki and he picks Raya up to love on her then slips on the way back down
I have REWATCHED Several times since the video was posted over a year ago now It was truly accidental If you see the video from the beginning as the video starts the 2 girls are laying in the bed together quite peaceful and sweetly the unfortunate moment is after Raya is picked up and then put back in the bed something caused Hooman 1 to slip
You need to think before you throw raya into sukis personal space. Raya is getting tired of being disciplined by suki and is defending herself imo. It was your fault that happened but we live and learn
Raya has tried since the first day to win Suki's love and she has gotten mostly diva attitude from Suki. They just started being friends. For human to do this to both was unfair.
I had to watch this video a couple of times. You were giving hugs and kisses to Raya and pretty much put Raya down very quickly near Suki. That was a quick reaction from Suki and Raya. The title in this video is wrong. Hooman, I blame you on this one.
Those were exactly my thoughts too. Suki and Raya were suddenly right on top of each other and both reacted in shock and fear. Considering we recently had a video about why you shouldn’t pet dogs you don’t know because it would prompt the exact same reaction, not quite sure what Hooman was thinking.
Please be careful. Having two entire bitches (especially when one is pregnant) in the same house can be difficult once they start fighting. It's incredibly difficult to stop them fighting once they start so definetly try to manage it now before things escelate. Especially once Raya matures into adulthood and her hormones kick in. I'm an animal behaviourist, and have seen cases of entire female dogs fighting to the point of almost killing each other. So just be careful during this sensitive time for them both, and you should be fine ^_^ Also the Alpha/pack theory with dogs was actually debunked, and based on terribly conducted research so shouldn't be taken seriously regarding dog behaviour :)
Suki is very protective of her pups and when Oliver put Raya down, her foot landed on Suki’s tummy area. Suki seems to have reacted to that. This should be a big heads-up about the pending puppies. If Raya is seen as a threat by Suki, there could be more fighting.
@@zangya1858 no, he placed her down near Suki and obviously she didn’t like it most likely because she felt like her space was being invaded. She’s extremely hormonal rn because she’s expecting, and took it the wrong way and acted on instinct, as did Raya, who retaliated on instinct, you can see on both faces of both Suki and Raya that they immediately regretted their actions.
You created situation itself by putting Raya down on Suki who's pregnant and alerted all the time so no wonder she attacked first. Raya was just defending itself its instinctive.
I agree, Suki is pregnant and Attack first, Raya tries defend herself but he loves the views and money from these videos... Just like he say no more pregnancy for Suki for her Heath sake but ofc no puppies = no views
@@KamiKazeE_7 why are you so mean? you don't know the whole situation before the filming. there's a possibility that Raya was next to Suki before lifting her up and Oliver thought that it's okay to put her back there. Yes, I would have put Raya down somewhere else but people make mistakes. I think it's good and brave decision to show something like this and not just perfect moments like life's always perfect.
Raya was probably already laying down there before and he just put her back while of course suki who is pregnant had every right to be alert but suki even before she was pregnant always snapped at raya but he was saying only this time raya Decided to rebel which she before had raya us always sleeping next to suki so like I said raya was probably already laying there and he was putting her back raya loves spending time with suki cause when suki does show love to her she’s ever so grateful
We can all agree Oliver is at fault tho should not have put raya there no matter if she was already there or not raya is probably tired of suki correcting her all the time
Bro literally placed the dog right on top of the other and wonders why they fight. This is so obviously for content. Guy just wants dogs to fight for views.
Not sure if it was the angle of the camera filming, but it looked like Raya was dropped almost on top of Suki or at least very close to her and I think the followed reaction was understandable in this case.
True...but as I understand Raya just reacted to Suki's reaction!! It's good Daddy Oliver is very attentive to how Suki will treat Shiro and Raya... because this pregnancy... is totally different from the previous 4 !!😉✌💋
I don’t blame either Suki or Raya for their reaction. (Blame goes to owner) In a way it shows Raya might be getting tired of Suki biting her head off lol Raya has an extremely energetic personality which Suki in her current state doesn’t want to deal with either lol
@@colossalsquid1167 you can express whatever you like, but the camera doesn’t lie. It may have been a mistake by the owner, but he dropped Raya on top of Suki which caused the fight.
Not sure why he was carrying Raya and giving her lots of kisses before the fight but that contributed to it. Dogs are very competitive for human affection and jealousy starts fights
I think that might have been the problem because hooman 1 was showing all of this affection towards Raya right in front of & over Suki's bed. Then when he placed Raya in Suki's bed, Suki struck at Raya, & then Raya defended herself. Raya is still a pup & you can see it with her expressions, she was sorry afterwards. Truth be told, Suki has always appeared to be "tolerating" Raya & Raya is just try to fit in with the pack.
I think it had more to do with Suki not wanting Raya in her “space”, that’s all. It’s even possible she’d been asleep and was woken up when hooman 1 put Raya down and lashed out. The camera angle wasn’t very good for knowing what happened exactly.
@@donnab.333 agreed i noticed both immediately. Its okay to baby her, but right over the other dogs will have consequences. He dropped her in Suki's bed expecting to punish Suki only.
Dog's personal spaces work very differently from ours. I think when you put Raya next to Suki, Suki felt pressured and that's why she reacted that way. As for Raya I think she was more confused than anything, she's also big now and is finding her own character and limits.
Hey. Humans put Raya down next to Suki. Raya did not go there herself. Maybe stop trying to force Suki and Raya to be together especially when Suki has pregnant hormones. That was a forced situation that did not need to happen.
Looks like Raya was accidentally dropped into Suki's bed, and considering she's pregnant she probably saw this as an invasion of her safe space. Hopefully the two ladies can see past this misunderstanding and get along in future x
Me too. Raya showed Suki she was very sorry. Suki forgave her, but remained unresponsive + kept her back to Raya to teach her how unacceptable that awful behavior was to the Alpha female HRH Suki Queen of the Royal Kingdom of the ShiroSuki Empire.👑
I love watching your videos, but I find it strange that you had to put Raya into Suki's space while she was resting on her pillow/in her space... Her personal space got invaded and she's pregnant (so ofc more sensitive) and snapped at Raya, and ofc Raya, since she's getting older, starts to snap back. I think the dog's behaviour was fine... I really don't think you should have put her to where Suki was resting :/ Correct me if I got it wrong.
This just brings me back to WHY is suki pregnant at all? The last litter was supposed to be it. She deserves to rest and not have such a hard process on her body. I'm surprised she hasn't seriously hurt Shiro or Raya by now.
@@cdlc5256 You're too right. For a long time I watched this channel and didn't realize it but after he said that they wouldn't get suki pregnant again and then they did, I realized they probably don't have their puppies best interests at heart :/ I don't know anything about dogs but I just can't believe that this many pregnancies for Suki is a good thing
@@Daetcheu-nono Their vet visited them, did a check up on overall health of Suki, and he told hoomans that Suki is allowed to become pregnant one more time. Take what you will out of this statement.
I really hope they don’t use Raya for breeding stock just because this is Suki’s last litter. I think they should get all 3 fixed so it would be more peaceful around the house.
@@sirensong7956 i think they probably will have Raya breed and worse yet I assume they're going to have SHIRO breed her. How will Suki react to puppies that aren't her's?? How will Raya treat Suki once she has puppies to protect? I feel like its all going to end badly.
You really should be more careful, this was an error on your part. Accidents do happen but putting them in stressful situations like this will only cause more tension. Let them have their space, especially while Suki is pregnant. Raya wasn’t apologizing here, she was showing Suki she was backing down in order to deescalate the situation.
I'm so worried for Suki, she's the Queen but she's also fragile in this moment, but also for little Raya, she's a baby and who knows what happened in her mind.Hope now they're both ok and calm to sleep together ❤🧸❤❤🐕💗💗💗💗
@@shwix6534 No to be fair to the girls. Human started it by making the mistake of plopping Raya by pregnancy Suki. As someone said not giving the girls the chance to choose where they wanted to be situated. I RARELY give any humans the benefit of the doubt. But in this case I just think it was an extremely careless unfortunate mistake. NEITHER Suki nor Raya are at fault. It was 100% hooman. Sorry but it was
As far as I could understand Raya just reacted to Suki's reaction!! Suki besides the pregnancy hormones... was jealous of the kissing section that Raya received from Daddy Oliver... and when he put Raya in the same space of the bed... Suki didn't like it and advanced on Raya... who reacted ...but then...note that Raya apologizes immediately...because Daddy Oliver complained to 2!! The most beautiful thing about this situation is Raya's apology...using the toy and her facial features...the airplane ears and squinting eyes!! I continue to love Raya unconditionally💜💚💙😍💋!! It's good to keep an eye out for Suki's pregnancy...she's going to have a lot of unexpected actions with Shiro and Raya!!🤔✌
It wasn't Raya's fault. It was YOUR fault. Dogs are really jealousy animals and kissing your dog in front of another won't help it at all. Suki is pregnant again and she will protect her own space. There can be more situations like that, so this way you won't help them.
Was something cut out of the editing? Poor Raya was literally tossed into Suki's space, and neither dog is to be blamed for the situation or how she responded.
Raya was in hooman's arms and got put down in Suki's bed instead of on the floor. Suki reacted and then Raya reacted. They didn't need to put her down in Suki's bed.
Suki is pregnant and her hormones are changing and she could be Protecting her babies inside her. You need to keep Raya away from Suki when she has her Puppies, I'm afraid she will hurt Raya.
Or Raya would hurt babies. They should never put three dogs (two female dogs) in the same house. The owner shows too much affection towards Raya with nonstop kisses in front Suki. Dogs have feelings.
raya just got scared and reacted in that way but clearly she was sorry afterwards, her airplane ears and face 😭but dont worry oliver, they love each other
Please be careful with them. Two of my dogs destroyed their relationship with a few of these tiffs that turned serious. They now have to live separately or they will kill each other. I love your channel. I just want things to remain peaceful with your pups... 🥺🥺🥺
First, Oliver put Raya in Suki's bed. Second, its Raya's instincts to retaliate an attack because Raya's is in that stage ... Hope everything will be alright in future
So after rewatching this video I can indeed confirm that Raya was dropped on Suki, which was followed by: Suki going off at Raya (while she seemed to be bit confused, which was followed by Raya gnarling back at Suki.) Yes, I do think Hooman was at fault here, however I'm not gonna pull out my pitchforks and call him off, but instead simply gonna say that we are only humans and we all do mistakes. You people might try approaching it just like that, but what do I know. As we all saw, the entire situation cooled down after a while. What I can see happening is that whenever new potats are born, Raya will be kept away from them. In similiar way like Kiki was.
While it seemed like a mistake I think if more episodes happen you may want to separate them at least for the pregnancy so that suki is not stressed during labor etc.
Ok, sorry to say that you caused that altercation between them (unintentionally of course) You half lowered, half dropped Raya on top of a pregnant Suki. Suki lashed out at the perceived culprit (Raya) who then responded likewise. Had you placed Raya down more gently, a bit further away, and allowed her to approach Suki more naturally, I can pretty much guarantee the altercation would never have happened. Suki, as the alpha female then had to spend some time re-establishing her dominance so that normal service could resume and the pack revert back to being harmonious. Just something to consider going forward
One thing I’ve learned is that dogs don’t hold grudges it’s been proven by professionals. And they also move on quicker than humans do. So it was just a moment in time the next day it’s for the most part gone. I’ve seen this happen myself several times. 👍
Why is there a 2nd female, any breeder knows this is bad with an established female and male especially the alpha being pregnant, and you put the dog right in the alphas face!????
You put raya in suki personal space tho Oliver I just think next time don’t put her directly on the bed I know your a 4th time dog owner we still make mistakes we live and we learn it’s okay as long as no one got hurt
Oliver, now I must say, right is right, and wrong is wrong. You instigated this altercation between them two. Suki and Raya were just protecting themselves. You threw Raya on top of Suki, so what did you expect to happen? Smh
This is why putting two females together (especially Shiba) without taking the devices to be able to separate them if necessary is a real mistake. We must stop always saying: poor Raya. Yes it's still a puppy, but you can't even imagine how hard it must be for Suki to accept another female and it will be harder and harder when Raya becomes an adult. If it ends in bloodshed, you shouldn't blame them, but rather blame the breeders who didn't bother to give them enough personal space.
On the contrary, I felt that it is Suki who crossed the line here, and I am not blaming Suki for that. It is a very sensitive time for Suki, her motherly instinct may have forced her to behave as she seemed in this video. Raya, on the other hand, didn't do anything at the first place! But she also had her fair share of rebellion as it can be seen here. I can only hope it doesn't happen again! Love to both and kudos to Oliver for handling the situation in a graceful way.
Exactly! Maybe Suki was jealous with hooman's kisses to Raya and with her hormones a mess, she attacked Raya when she landed by her side. A hooman's mistake too, he let her down very close to Suki and her space. Raya just replied to Suki's attack.
Suki is the meanest of the 3. Shiro might rev his engine but he never snaps or nips. We’ve seen suki straight up nip both other dogs faces, but no one ever says a word about it and I understand she’s under stress of pregnancy and hormones but it’s never ever Suki’s fault to be scolded or corrected, shiro and Raya always get the blame. This is perfect example; The video frames Raya as the aggressor, when really it’s suki that snapped first.
It seems that some of the things that happened in this video might have been intentional. For instance, it couldn't have been a coincidence that the video recorder was placed on or near the floor to capture Suki and Raya fight. Also why would "human 1" try to put Raya on top of or just simply too close to Suki? He knows that Suki is pregnant and can easily get stressed or irritated or mad, etc. Plus Raya is a teenage dog now.
I mean, Oliver has had the security camera in that place multiple times as seen in some other videos it's not really that surprising or suspicious to me. But putting Raya right next to Suki with the fragile and aggressive state was pretty risky and dumb for both of the girls safety. Especially with Suki's pregnancy and Raya entering her teenage years and all the hormones that come with it. Maybe it was a mistake, but still, it was dumb. This video honestly made me nervous for when the potats come and when Suki is at her most alert. There'll probably be more videos like this in the future sadly ;-;
That's not his video recorder or his phone it's the security camera that's running 24/7 in the house and he can check the footage when something like this happens.
Could be Suki didn't like where Raya was standing being she's having puppies and was protecting herself. Definitely a scary moment but glad they are friends again. 💖
I love this channel and think Oliver and Hooman 2 are great owners. I believe they get a lot of unnecessary hate. That being said this was mostly on Oliver, and I wasn't a fan of his wording on the situation. He puts Raya down right on Suki. Suki got aggressive and Raya being confused and defenseless retaliated. Raya crossed no line at all. Normally when Suki snaps at Raya it's because she pesters Suki. This time Raya was confused at the snap because human was putting her by Suki. She was doing nothing to bother Suki to warrant the behavior. While yes as Raya ages tension between her a Suki may arise, this one incident was avoidable if Oliver thought a little better.
Based on what I saw hooman 1 dropped Raya on Suki and Suki snapped and Raya Snapped back..but Raya is a sweetheart she showed the maturity by reconciling immediately..much love to them both..
@@MS-lw3rz I don't blame Suki for that - she was alarmed? startled? by Raya being put down close to her, so yeah, teeth are gonna show for awhile. Can't turn off that instinctual protection mode immediately.
I watched the part twice and it looks like Oliver put Raya down on top of Suki so no wonder it happened. Dogs will be dogs you can't control everything.
Females don't like having other females around when preggos. It's instinctual for Raya to challenge suki now that she's reaching of age, and that suki is pregnant. Suki will continue to defend her place as alfa. Unfortunately this will occur more and more until suki is spade and no longer producing hormones that drive her to act as she does.
Awww, look at Raya’s face! Those airplane ears are so kyute 🙁. I think she got scared. How sweet, Raya went to sleep next to Suki 🥱😴. Henlo Oliver. Very scary moment 😱. A series of unfortunate events, and dogs will be dogs, lol… and we love them for it. To see their body language (I watch with no sound) is fascinating! Suki’s teeth are gorgeous lol, and she can throw a look like no other. And to see Raya figure out what she needed to do (though not even her fault ❤️🩹) and then do it; airplane ears, looking down, bowing, offering a toy…. Well ok yes my tears started. I am a sucker for sweet or injured dogs! 😭 Random comment: Sometimes I think a larger space would be nice for them……💁🏻♀️
I wanted to say that comment for about a year now, but it l was scared to, meaning people can take things of context.😬 I think it’s time for hooman to upgrade to a bigger place, there you go, I said it too.
When she shows her teeth is not the time to lean in and kiss her on the head. Get your face away from these dogs and separate them. Don't give them kisses while they're staring each other down. You're not helping. This was SO painful to watch.
It was only a matter of time until Raya finally snapped - literally. Suki almost always seems to go for Raya (or Shiro) in most videos. I'm just surprised it took this long for Raya to defend herself against Suki's aggressiveness. I know that right now pregnant Suki's hormones will be raging, which in this incident probably explains her actions, but not all the other times. It doesn't bode well for when the pups arrive, given how aggressive Suki has always been toward Shiro, who can't even so much as glance at the babies from a distance, without Suki snarling at him. What on earth is she going to be like toward Raya? Raya, partly due to her young age, but also her curiosity & gentle nature (she always tries to befriend everyone), is inevitable going to be curious & try to investigate. And what will Suki do when Raya has her own puppies? Try to steal them? Attack them in jealousy? Attack Raya in jealousy? Fingers crossed, that there are no more incidents, other then the normal, understandable "Get out of my face already!" from Suki to a hyper Raya, or "Hey! Give it back!" from annoyed Raya when Suki is forever stealing from her. Hopefully, everything I've said turns out to be complete b******t. The one thing that is never in doubt is just how much these dogs - and rabbit - are loved & cared for. It's just sad fact of life that sometimes our furbabies just can't adapt to a new addition to the family, despite our efforts & best intentions.
I wouldn't call it b******t though, just concern, deep thought, and analysis. Might as well hooman prepare for worst-case scenarios and then be at the ready for anything. Hooman bluntly said both of them are alpha Shibe. I personally wouldn't be surprised.
Who knows what's going on in their brains? From my (hooman) POV, Raya can be annoying. Yes, she is naturally energetic and curious, but at times, it becomes overkill. Still, Raya is NOT intending to annoy Suki - heh, but I do believe Raya DOES intend to annoy Shiro.😁
I've seen that same "I'm so sorry" look after our Shiba chomped me when I was trying to give him ear drops for an infection. They are very special, complex creatures for sure!
Putting Raya right next to Suki with the fragile and aggressive state was pretty risky and dumb for both of the girls safety. Just be careful and if I were you I would find a place for Raya when its time for Suki to give birth until puppies reach a certain age or you gonna have a HUGE MESS on your hands. I would of spayed Suki as soon as Raya was adopted into your family. Females protect ESPECIALLY their babies ... Raya gonna have to stay with grandma and grandpa for a month or two. Yes? Think about it hoomans...
When you put Raya down she was excited and right beside of Suki. They were naturally reacting. But intense all the same. They are ok. Hope Suki has no anxiety thru her pregnancy. Shiro of course doesn't care one bit. Somebody has to watch the yum bowl.😡💖
you should not be putting your dogs on top of eachother esspecially when pregnant thats probley why she reacted that way. im glad you where there to correct them both i do love your doggys so much 🥰
Suki is the ultimate queen, and she isn't going to let anyone take her place, and rightfully so . I pray and hope that these two girls continue to get along, because when they do get along, they are truly amazing. They have great camaraderie. Raya matches Suki's energy so beautifully.
I think everything is ok you seemed to put Raya down slightly on top of suki causing suki to attack and that got Raya to retaliate. Suki is pregnant and most likely felt her space was being intruded.
As I read these comments, it seems that people are equating this to be a human family. This is behavior, that is in reality pack behavior. Suki is at the top of the hierarchy. She is the dominant female. She will put Raya in her place. Raya didnt back down at first but later realized she needed to show submission. This is normal behavior. Since Raya will challenge Suki again in the future, the humans need to be on guard.
@@stefchanel1723 I read those articles. That study still goes on. So debunked doesnt mean dominance is debunked. Dominant does not equate to alpha. Dogs do have a behavior that keeps order in the pack. You can't deny that wolves live in a pack. Dogs descend from a now extinct lineage of wolves. The hierarchy changes depending on age new members death and the fact that dominance in a group is part of survival. Suki is dominant. That does not make her alpha. Her behavior is normal.
I have to separate a 90 lb german shepherd and 80 lb husky occasionally. The husky will fight over just the scent of food on the floor, and the shepherd is young so he'll fight back immediately. When you picked Raya up I was like "I wish I could do that" lol.
Mmmmmm. Suki has her hormones going crazy, she is also the head female of the house. Raya retaliated bc she is growing into an adult female and she is learning to fight back. Shibas are like this. My girl, as soon as she was bigger than my pomchi, took up every challenge and now she is boss dog even over our boxer pitbull.

Why would you put her down in Suki’s bed? Suki appears to be a very protective dog, and especially sense she’s pregnant it was a bad idea to put another dog that close to her. This was the owner’s fault.
Why would you put Raya in Suki's bed basically on top of her? You are very fortunate things did not go full on knock down drag out. Raya challenged Suki for her toy 2 days earlier. Do not leave them together when you are not there.
Don’t keep forcing Raya and Suki to interact after this. Let them have plenty of time apart. Take them on separate walks and give them their own spaces to sleep in. I agree with everything except Suki being old. She's like five or six that isn't old
I think he triggerd this by putting Raya over Suki. That is a way for a dog to show dominans. Suki attacked first and then Raya defended herself. Raya didin't know what she did wrong, becuse the owner put her in that situation, not her. So it is all the owners fult. Not Raya and not Suki.
100% agree with you.

It was an accident Oliver would have never put any of them in harm's way intentionally if you watch it you can see what happened also yes it is her last babies but it's not your place to say anything about it
I have to say, that was 100% avoidable and 100% the owners fault.
Completely irresponsible.

It might be the angle of the security camera to be honest
@@agamer5619 I've played it back in quarter speed multiple times. If it wasn't right on top of Suki, it was at least partially on her, enough to cause Suki to feel threatened. Very stupid move regardless, with _any_ two dogs.
Same observation. True.
Yes hooman faut
I think this time the owner is at fault tbh. He put raya into the bed with suki instead of letting the dogs decide where they want to be. If you force them together with no way to escape, of course they would be aggressive.

It’s not Raya’s fault. Oliver put her down really suddenly, which spooked pregnant Suki. Suki snarled and lunged at Raya, and Raya defended herself.

You need to think before you throw raya into sukis personal space.
Raya is getting tired of being disciplined by suki and is defending herself imo. It was your fault that happened but we live and learn
I thought the same thing, its like damn dude why did you throw her right on top of Suki like that
I agree not fair to raya suki to moody always snapping at raya
Raya is a brat with boundaries or discipline and I’m sure Suki is tired of her always in her face.
@@hokkaidohats I agree

Dear Hooman it was totally your fault. You thrown Raya on the Suki and Suki got serious. Why blaming Raya?
Your comment is insightful. I learned something new. Didn't know the Alpha Pack theory is debunked. Wow! Thank you 🙏🏾
Yep. Spot on!
Suki is very protective of her pups and when Oliver put Raya down, her foot landed on Suki’s tummy area. Suki seems to have reacted to that. This should be a big heads-up about the pending puppies. If Raya is seen as a threat by Suki, there could be more fighting.

I think it had more to do with Suki not wanting Raya in her “space”, that’s all.

First, Oliver put Raya in Suki's bed. Second, its Raya's instincts to retaliate an attack because Raya's is in that stage ... Hope everything will be alright in future
So after rewatching this video I can indeed confirm that Raya was dropped on Suki, which was followed by: Suki going off at Raya (while she seemed to be bit confused, which was followed by Raya gnarling back at Suki.)
Yes, I do think Hooman was at fault here, however I'm not gonna pull out my pitchforks and call him off, but instead simply gonna say that we are only humans and we all do mistakes.

Owners fault. Never put dogs on top of each other.
well i mean you did dump her on top of suki, wtf did you expect
Ok, sorry to say that you caused that altercation between them (unintentionally of course)
You half lowered, half dropped Raya on top of a pregnant Suki.
Agree with you, 100 percent.
Yes 👍 some great dog psychology tips in comments and you nailed it
Did you ever think that this might not have happened if you didn't drop Raya _directly on top_ of Suki?
I dont know if its the camera angel, but it looks like raya was set right on top of suki. Suki was probably very protective in that moment
Wow that was a surprise. So happy that things calmed down. So sweet that Suki went to sleep next to Raya. Hugs to the potat family.
Oliver, now I must say, right is right, and wrong is wrong. You instigated this altercation between them two. Suki and Raya were just protecting themselves. You threw Raya on top of Suki, so what did you expect to happen? Smh
Right.
If it ends in bloodshed, you shouldn't blame them, but rather blame the breeders who didn't bother to give them enough personal space.
right
I totally agree
And it was your fault... well done
Is it just me or did he actually put Raya very close to Suki's resting place? Because I think that actually triggered the whole situation :/
@@missfine93 this could very well be the reality 😶

We’ve seen suki straight up nip both other dogs faces, but no one ever says a word about it and I understand she’s under stress of pregnancy and hormones but it’s never ever Suki’s fault to be scolded or corrected, shiro and Raya always get the blame. This is perfect example; The video frames Raya as the aggressor, when really it’s suki that snapped first.
@@8bitdaydreams Dogs don't have these human values to be the meanest or evil or good.
It seems that some of the things that happened in this video might have been intentional. For instance, it couldn't have been a coincidence that the video recorder was placed on or near the floor to capture Suki and Raya fight. Also why would "human 1" try to put Raya on top of or just simply too close to Suki? He knows that Suki is pregnant and can easily get stressed or irritated or mad,
etc. Plus Raya is a teenage dog now.
I mean, Oliver has had the security camera in that place multiple times as seen in some other videos it's not really that surprising or suspicious to me.
But putting Raya right next to Suki with the fragile and aggressive state was pretty risky and dumb for both of the girls safety. Especially with Suki's pregnancy and Raya entering her teenage years and all the hormones that come with it. Maybe it was a mistake, but still, it was dumb. This video honestly made me nervous for when the potats come and when Suki is at her most alert. There'll probably be more videos like this in the future sadly ;-;
That's not his video recorder or his phone it's the security camera that's running 24/7 in the house and he can check the footage when something like this happens.

This was all your fault, my dude. And suki snapped first.
Truly said it is your fault you put her down on Suki so suddenly they where both surprised which led to this curcumstance.

What suki is pregnant again, uff is she a baby producing machine
Suki attacked raya
Who knows what's going on in their brains? From my (hooman) POV, Raya can be annoying. Yes, she is naturally energetic and curious, but at times, it becomes overkill. Still, Raya is NOT intending to annoy Suki - heh, but I do believe Raya DOES intend to annoy Shiro.😁
I've seen that same "I'm so sorry" look after our Shiba chomped me when I was trying to give him ear drops for an infection.
They are very special, complex creatures for sure!
Doggos react on instinct, but as Raya and your Shibe showed, it wasn't intentional; rather, an instinctual reaction. No harm was intended.
Putting Raya right next to Suki with the fragile and aggressive state was pretty risky and dumb for both of the girls safety. Especially with Suki's pregnancy and Raya entering her teenage years and all the hormones that come with both of those situations. Maybe it was a mistake, but still, it was dumb. This video honestly made me nervous for when the potats come and when Suki is at her most alert. There'll probably be more videos like this in the future sadly ;-;
Suki should not be having another litter; this is just the beginning. Raya may not react well to potats.
yeaaah no suki went at raya at first and that only happen because you place raya right on top of suki so the owner is at fault here.
Suki: giving her the side, I got my eye on this one, she is becoming a little rebel. I train her well. Yes, “ Master” you have trained me well. 😔
I think everything is ok you seemed to put Raya down slightly on top of suki causing suki to attack and that got Raya to retaliate. Suki is pregnant and most likely felt her space was being intruded.
Oliver I think it's best to separate the girls as much as possible until the puppies are old enough to be introduced to Shiro and Raya
Pack theory has been debunked.
Just like with human females you cannot have 2 Queens in 1 household
Omg Raya realisation of what she did was so sad :<
She tried giving Suki an apology but Suki was still so alert and afriad she might strike again
Queen Suki Raya sorry
I'm glad the tension faded TT
Raya pushing boundaries, Suki is probably protective of herself if she's pregnant (at the time) xx
She's kinda very protective at this phase .
Yes she is, fren. ☺
DOF is 05-06 March.
Very recent! 👍
What boundaries? He puts Raya down and Suki immediately snaps at her.

I actually got the impression, Suki seemed jealous of Raya by the look on her face when Oliver was holding & kissing Raya.
Literally as soon as Oliver put Raya down, Suki went after her like... "how dare u steal my Hooman?"
@@ChristineZangari me too
Oliver, thank God for your quick reflexes.
I thought you handled that really well.
They startled you, but you remained calm, but firm.
KUDOS FREN❗👍
He threw raya into sukis personal space and caused the fight
@@Tibetan- Raya has always been in suki's space though. Suki never cared about it before
@@Tibetan-
He did not❗
Suki never had a problem sharing the bed with Raya.
Suki can be quite temperamental with Raya & let's her know she's alpha.
Raya finally retaliated to let Suki know she's not taking it.
She's standing her ground.
Oliver ended it, he didn't start it. LOL
@@ChristineZangari 🥲😪😔My Raya! 😢

You dropped raya on suki....you started the fight!
That was not very smart to practically drop Raya on top of Suki like that, and it was Suki that reacted aggressively first and Raya retaliated...
I played video in slow mo. Why did you put Raya on suki??
Why would you put her down in Suki’s bed? Suki appears to be a very protective dog, and especially sense she’s pregnant it was a bad idea to put another dog that close to her. This was the owner’s fault.
Why would you put Raya in Suki's bed basically on top of her? You are very fortunate things did not go full on knock down drag out. Raya challenged Suki for her toy 2 days earlier. Do not leave them together when you are not there.
