Your intro gave me an idea for the name of this area. You should call it "The Cobblewealth". It could be a play on The Commonwealth from Fallout. You're cobble production is here and this is where the villagers will be living and working in the future so the name feels perfect
I agree with the name idea, but I'm pretty sure they only called it The Commonwealth because Boston and the area around it is already known as The Boston Commonwealth irl.
@@GandalfTheGreyt3791 four states are called commonwealths and have been for a long time. Kentucky, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Virginia to be specific. I wouldn't be surprised if there were more.

Beardie, I'm so happy your channel is getting the recognition it deserves, I love this series but I love your hardcore world so much and I miss it! Will you ever play there again?
I think you could pull off both after watching this series (which got me into your channel) I have since gone and watch a lot of your other stuff and its amazing! Keep up the good work. Also thank you for getting me back into create!@@MrBeardstone
@@MrBeardstone Same for me as @TheYugiohlover123, I met you with this series, loved every video and went ahead and binge watched FTB Skies instantly as well, if I can find free time other series are on the list too :) Maybe try a different video every once in a while to test the waters? And if it goes well every Monday for example can be from that Series, this system works great for many content creators.
Create cobble works are one of the most useful and fun builds in my opinion, and this is shaping up to be the best I've ever seen. If you want another movement based decoration Beardie, you can use gantry cables to create moving vaults to make it look it look they are moving the vaults around or even the carts holding the resources in the stone train, it works really well for cranes and loading bays.
That is quite the cliff hanger at the end with the collision, Cant wait for what the next video brings, Love the series best Create one I've seen in a long time, Keep up the great work :D
I think a great idea for colors in this town would be to go through the whole gradient of oxidising copper. It would add a lot of life and make it more lively + since we are already halfway there, why not give it a shot?
Hey Beardy! One thing I found out while playing with display boards is that you can actually use glow inc sacks to lighten up lines! Hope this helps in decorating the factories :D And I'm not sure but I think you can use honeycombs to lock the lines, preventing you from erasing one by mistake or accidentally
I do love this series. I think it'd be cool if you could link the threshold switches to some kind of smokestack so when the factory is running it has smoke coming out of it and then it stops when it's powered off, so you can see from a distance which factories are going.
That thing the train collided with looks oddly familiar.. like.. I've seen it somewhere.. huh. Great video! I love these series! Never had enough time to make a proper world of my own so this is a treat!
At the end, that was the delorian of another create mod series UA-camr called foxynotail with a semi similar world. I have a feeling their going to either work together or go to war
I think a HUGE addition to your steampunk city would to have a dump of some sort..where all the blocks your gathering that have no use or the blocks from the machines that are just sitting there without any use can be trashed or destroyed. It could help with lag or frames. You can make it look cool with a big lava pool or fire pit
The 3 biggest problems science has yet to solve: - How did the Ancient Egyptians build the pyramids - How do human brains work - Why are Beardy's builds so freaking cool
every time i watch one of your episodes im in an eternal struggle of "are the diagonal blocks cursed or extremely cool" and let me tell you. I still dont have an answer.
I didnt know this was the minecraft series I needed. everything comes together not just the buildings , But also the who factory and train aspect of the world! Keep up the great videos!
Minor suggestion for the material for the other factories that would allow for interesting texture mix. You could use concrete, concrete powder, and bricks. You could have the walls be suggested to be cement covered over but areas were missed causing the original brick to show though and instances where the concrete was not smoothed over (concrete powder). It allows you to suggest all the factories were built around the same time, but over time renavations have happened.
for the metal staircase in the factory there should be pliars you can craft which lets you edit where the rails are, then you can make the stairs connect to the catwalk propperly
You should cover the external vaults with “natural” piles of gravel and cobble. If you look at any photos of a quarry, they store the gravel in large piles outside with conveyor belts going high into the sky and drop the stone onto the tops of the piles.
1. Loving this series so far, as well as the mod pack that I'm playing on as well 2. For the more residential buildings for the villagers, please bring in the savannah style again since they aren't industrial builds
I just wanted to say, thank you, Beardie. Thank you for this wonderful series that keeps me entertained while also teaching me about Create.
