Damn. That man sings as good as he did in the 60’s. I had the 45 back then in 1966 … I can still remember where I was living when I first heard kind of a Drag ❤️
Thanks for sharing! Saw Dennis and the Buckinghams at the Dark Spot, Blue Village, and??, the Corral at LTHS. 66, 67, or 68.Awesome to dance to. Thanks. Be blest☦️👩🏻🦳🐾
He would have been 71 when this was taped. I'd put him up against any singer out there, half his age or younger, and they couldn't come close. What a showman ... and singer.
And it's funny because back then the adults were saying "Kids today have no idea how good music was. They missed out on Benny Goodman and Artie Shaw. A shame." But I know what you mean!
One of the greatest performers/singers of our generation, Mr. Dennis Tufano..... (and our lovely promoter of these great shows, Joe Mirrione...Hi Joe. Hi Dennis. Jane in Ohio
If you've never heard The Buckingham's song "And Our Love" let me recommend that you check it out. It isn't a chart-busting kind of song, but it's really good. I first heard it when I bought "The Buckingham's Greatest Hits" CD years ago.
Excellent performance. But, of course, those singers back then, could actually "sing", as opposed to some of the drivel that is out there today. Thank God for the people from the sixties and seventies!
He's fantastic as always
Dennis Tufano's stage presence, demeanor, and stylishness project nothing less than pure class.
And he was always "the cutest" Buckingam.
Absolutely agree with you! And well stated.
AMAZING!!! May you sing forever brother!!!!
Dennis has that unmistakable voice that makes these songs so great. I was a teen when they came out and they're still great.

IS DENNIS THE GUY THAT WAS ON THE TOP OF THE PLATFORM ON THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW WHEN THEY DID THE FIRST SONG?
Yep! Lead singer on all the Buckingham's hits. Still singing them, and better than ever!
