This so called proof is nothing of the sort. I was there on the day. The wind was blowing from 100 start line to finish line, which was also in the direction of the triple jump pit. Nearly all triple jump results during the period before, during, and immediately after the 100 meter quarterfinals were wind-aided. (it might have been all, but I won't claim that without reviewing wind readings for each jump.)
