We have just come back from a few days at Blackpool and we popped to St Ann's, it was a really good walk! We walked for half an hour and didn't reach the sea 🌊
First time I've seen st annes like this from the air, I go there twice a week for a walk. You've made it look like a paradise. Most I've ever walked was about an hour at peak low tide, I got nowhere near, you caught it on mid tide by the look of it.
Its true. It was a foggy day when I did it, I lost sight of the mainland and stupidly realised to late. I think i read somewhere it can go out almost as far as the oil rig at mean low tide. Needless to say I've never done it again since!
Yeh it sounds dangerous. Especially if the ties comes in. Make you have have google maps on your phone if you do it again. It has a compass so you can see which direction your going.
@@AshThomasFilms you should try out Cleethorpes it a great resort , i been going there 25 years , love it, alot quieter than blackpool.Enjoyed your video.
*20mins walking....about 1hour with all the drone shots haha. I hate dogs that aren't on leads and the owners do nothing to control them. Also, no point having you dog on the lead Ash if you arent on the other end of the lead 😅. Cool drone shots, St Annes is really nice. Better than Blackpool.*
Ha ha yeh that’s a very good point. Think I was to busy with the camera when I dropped it lol. Does take longer with all the drone shots. But I did the drone shots on the way back 😂🤫🤫🤫
I live in lytham, but a stokie came here thinking in beach sea swimming 🏊♂️ er no ,no good having sand without a sea for a dip. I find it nothing special and certainly not as friendly as stokies by a long way.

I think I was lucky that day. The sea must have been in. Next time I’ll walk again. See how long it takes.

Hey. Thanks for watching it. So it can take an hour to get to the sea sometime ? I thought Becky was having me on 😂

Cheers mate. Yeh shame all the beaches are miles away ☹️
Another great vid keep them coming mate
Cheers mate, I didn't know if id be able to make video about me walking to the sea interesting lol. 😂
i thought the beach was far at cleethorpes , but lytham seems to be further out , nice video .
Cheers mate. Yeh it’s abit of a walk but apparently it can go even further out.

Cheers thank you. I’ll have a look at it. I’ve not heard of it
I am lucky I live in St annes.
Very nice place.
I've been here many a time, it's a lovely part of the UK! If you want some further places to visit, please do ask away =)
First time I’d been. Seems a nice place. I normally go wales if going out anywhere
@@AshThomasFilms There are loads of little gems I can recommend 💎
What are your suggestions? Need places to visit at the moment. 👍🏼
@@AshThomasFilms Chester, Llandudno, Shrewsbury, Peak District, Morecambe (beautiful walks here) These are closer to you =)
@@ArunKapur03 yes mate. Nice. I like Llandudno. Not been there for a while thanks to covid
I went to st Anne’s beach and it was a fairly long walk away but it weren’t as far away as you went mate
I think it can go out even further you know.

Jog on. It's a beach. Dogs don't need to be on a lead. Cannot stand watching a poor dog stuck to a lead when they want to be free and run
A beach where you can’t get to the sea is called a desert
Ha ha maybe that’s where I was then. Yeh he Sahara 🤷♂️

Ha ha yes I think by the time I’d got to the sea I’d have gone off the idea of a swim 🤣
