Is this bungalow playable? I mean, for example, can your sims jump into the the water exactly from the building, or it’s just the design decisions that don’t playable in simple mode?
Generally, I make my lots as playable as possible, so yes, it is. Regarding your question on jumping into the water, the animation is a bit wonky there because the diving board in the game is technically meant for swimming pools only, although sims could get into the sea (at least, when I tested it out of curiousity 😅).
