Great hearing from you bud. When you're marketing to your past painting clients, communicating about once per month via email and mail through a newsletter is enough. Weekly is likely too much. Make sure the newsletters are NOT about paint and paint related topics. No one cares that much about paint - not even painters. It's about providing helpful, non-paint information and establishing a personal connection with the owners and staff. Basically, don't treat them like human ATM machines!
