Hii love💞 I’m sorry that you feel this way, I’m sure it must be hard✨ the only way to learn how to fix this is by working on yourself, doing things you love doing, taking care of yourself and providing the kindness that you would provide your loved ones if they were to feel this way💗🐝 having said that, it is going to take quite sometime, its not going to happen magically overnight, but keep doing your work every.single.day (practice some of the exercises/habits I’ve shared) and allow yourself to learn and grow from your own mistakes 🩷
Also, its important to accept and acknowledge the feelings you are experiencing in the present moment. Emotions tend to get more stronger when you are in denial or feeling guilty about them. Feeling jealous is just as normal as any other emotions. Everyone experiences this feeling at some point in their life because nobody is perfect. By recognising and accepting your feelings, you can begin to let go of the guilt and manage them gradually!!! Be happy 😊 😊we all are struggling in our lives for something or other.
