    I really enjoy your videos, I've been an ER nurse for just under a year and still have a LOT to learn about critical care. I'd love to see videos on head trauma... Various bleeds and their manifestations, pathophysiology, as well as interventions.

    Is it the same pathology for salt water and fresh water???
    Will the water move from blood to lungs if it is salt water because of higher osmolality of salt water??
    Can the water move from lungs to blood stream if fresh water is aspirated because of the higher osmolality of blood???
