Most of the time line distribution is due to choreography difficulty and their ability to maintain their voices stable when performing live. Jungkook has the most stable voice out of the vocal line when performing live, Jimin and V also have good stability but the sometimes struggle with pitch, but Jin struggles with it if the choreography is too difficult. Baepsae is a good example of a song where Jin had the chorus on the track but when they performed it live Jungkook ended up singing Jin's line. I love Jin and I'm not Jungkook biased (I'm actually Jimin Biased) but I understand why they give Jungkook more lines than everyone else.

Guys, I know you don't like that Jin doesn't have many lines in this song, but you have to think about the vibe of the song and the sound of the boy's voices. Different voices match different song vibes, hence why Jin doesn't have many lines For example, Suga's voice has a cold edge to it, so he's bound to get less lines in a soft, slow ballad song. Jin's voice is very sweet and almost lullaby-like, so of course he doesn't have much lines on Baepsae-- a very upbeat RAP song. Well, you need to take into consideration the fact that this is a rap song. The boy's have very different voices, so obviously each of their voices is better for different songs. For example, J-Hope's voice is very bold, so his voice might not be good for a softer, slower song. Jin's voice is very sweet and lullaby-like, so his voice doesn't necessarily fit the vibe of this song. :3
I like share my opinion, sorry if I bother someone for my comments on videos of distribution. I think I gotta say something about...Jin getting less lines.. I know he gets the least lines...but you all gotta understand that this is all for us.. You see, BigHit want fans to enjoy the best performance, and that includes dancing well while singing as well.. We all know that the vocal line are all equally good.. It's just that..singing while dancing isn't easy.. I think that BigHit gave Jungkook and Jimin most lines because they can sing AND DANCE a bit better off than V and Jin...Then, V gets the next most lines, because I guess they think he's better.. Then, finally comes Jin. So...everyone has to understand that everything happens for a reason.. I don't want any hare comments or something...it's just that...can't we just accept things as they are? C'mon ARMY~ All we need to know is that our boys are healthy and happy. ARMY will always there for BTS~

Its not like he can't dance and sing he can do that its just that he is not in the main vocals he is mainly for visuals and thats unfair the most lines are given to jungkook. everyone has a time to shine but jin never gets a main role in the song and that is just underrating him. maybe he's not happy having just 3 lines in a 4 minute song. maybe he doesn't show it. and it doesn't just depend on if they are healthy and happy it also depends whether they are getting lines in the song or not.
Bhavna Rao you do realize they right all there songs right? The line distribution goes to who fits what part the best, you can’t just expect them to give jin the lines of his voice doesn’t fit. Of course jungkook is gonna get the most lines he’s the MAIN vocalist for a reason. I love Jin, but you have to take these things into consideration

Okay, I'm tired of rewriting this multiple times on different people's comments, so I'm just going to make one comment.
Guys, I know you don't like that Jin doesn't have many lines in this song, but you have to think about the vibe of the song and the sound of the boy's voices. Different voices match different song vibes, hence why Jin doesn't have many lines
For example, Suga's voice has a cold edge to it, so he's bound to get less lines in a soft, slow ballad song. Jin's voice is very sweet and almost lullaby-like, so of course he doesn't have much lines on Baepsae-- a very upbeat RAP song.
I'm not angry at people for being sad that Jin doesn't have a lot of lines, I'm just saying that you have to think why he doesn't have many lines. Like, he may not have a lot of lines in this song, but he's definitely got more lines in songs like Dead Leaves or Save Me because the tone of the song match his voice.

Aviana its not that its a rap song and he's not getting lines its just that people underrate him coz there are more fans of jimin, v, jungkook, jhope and rap mon and he usually stays at the back that is unfair and if you see blood sweat and tears he has got very less lines.

Jimin and Jin got the least amount of line because this song focused more on rapping than singing and Jin and Jimin are the only two members who don't really rap.
i feel like Jin's lines here can be justified. baepsae is more suiting for the rap line + Taehyung. this song wouldn't have been as good if the line distribution was any different. i'd also like to point out that Jungkook's distribution time wouldn't have been that long if his words weren't slurred like his part at 2:12. i don't think Jin's honey-sweet voice was best for this song.

Well, you need to take into consideration the fact that this is a rap song. The boy's have very different voices, so obviously each of their voices is better for different songs. For example, J-Hope's voice is very bold, so his voice might not be good for a softer, slower song. Jin's voice is very sweet and lullaby-like, so his voice doesn't necessarily fit the vibe of this song. :3

I like share my opinion, sorry if I bother someone for my comments on videos of distribution.
This song obviously doesn't suit Jin, his voice is for balland songs, and if he sings while dancing this song will sound weird because the shortness of breath, he still needs be more stable in live performances, and Jungkook does that perfectly, so, we get it why he didn't had many lines here and others songs with dances and hip-hop style.
I think Suga sells Jin's lines for 3 dollars. (Also Jimin's Jams.😂)
