I learned a trick! So when you have an order preparing to ship, press “customer service” and say “where is my package.” Then they will say “we have credited $5 in your account for your next purchase to make up for the inconvenience.” They try to say you can only get it after the delivery date, but that’s not true! You can do it before the package even arrives. 😂
