Nice one Jamie and Bella joining the mix. Dutch ovens are so good. We grew up with them in South Africa. That bread looked freakin awesome. I recently switched from Peanut oil to Coconut oil, just because coconut flavour works well with my everyday meals and stores really easy as it stays solid at room temp. So easy to take it on hiking trips etc.
@@rangatrips thank you, RT. Cheers. Hope you are well. Good to get back to the normal woods. Bella was so excited. Going back to different spot this weekend.
This was great! All made from scratch bread is worth taking a fall for! 😂 It looked tasty! I have that UCO candle. its one of my favorite pieces of gear. I broke my first mora heavy duty bushcraft knife batoning. When I called to get it replaced, they said it wasn't designed to do that and wouldn't replace it for free. I had to send them a link of their own promos showing their bushcraft guy batoning 😅 they then replaced it for free and said not to baton with it lol. I still really liked the knife so I bought the garberg. The all black carbon steel. I loved it but inside of a month, I bent it batoning lololol. It's very slight and I used it for a couple years still but not sure im going with them anymore. I really been impressed with Beavercraft Bushcraft knives. Great value and quality with every blade I have so far. Cute pooch and thanks for sharing brother!
@@cheffenoutside thanks, man. To be fair, it was beer bread. Super easy. I’ve made the real stuff before out there, but it does take more patience. That’s crazy about the Mora story. I had a Schrade that bent on me, but if there ever was a knife you could baton with it should be a Mora, especially the Garberg. I really love that candle. Can’t wait to use it more. Throws a good deal of nice soft light. Very relaxing just watching it. 😵💫 Be well.
Excellent share
