- Let's play Red Matter, a story-driven VR puzzle adventure game that is available on the Oculus Quest and Rift S. In this title you will take on the role of Agent Epsilon, an astronaut of the Atlantic Union that has been dispatched to an abandoned Volgravian base on Rhea, one of Saturn’s moons.
Your mission is to investigate a shady top secret research project. This means you will have to solve puzzles in a beautiful, high-detail brutalist environment which only becomes more and more surreal as the story progresses. For now you can only play this virtual reality adventure on the Oculus Rift but I hope it will soon come to the Vive and Windows Mixed Reality headsets as well.

AleXiz Luna the quest is a small, portable independent device. I don’t get why people would think it would be better than pcvr, but my god is it close to being. It’s amazing how high quality they made it run.
The only games with graphics good enough they need to downgrade for the quest are the stupid shooting games that get the high budget, best graphics and decent world. All normal games have such bad graphics they’ll run on anything

I was gonna say how close he was to the end, then I remembered about the quantum lab and the secret code and the laser puzzle and escaping to the sattalite thing

It's a pity that the footage recorded looks so sharp for these games, but when you look at them in the actual headset everythng looks slightly blurry...NOTHNG looks this sharp.. and I have a Samsung Odyssey. Runner ng on a very high end computer (1080ti/ i7 cpu ect..)It's OK But no where near are focused as the footage recorded imo.
Can you teleport in the game or it's free locomotion only ?
The jetpack is used as a teleportation mechanic.

Anyone know the status of this on Revive for the Vive ?
Anyone knows what to do to enter the quantum labs? I've found the paperweight thingy, the wierd cassetes, the buttons on the walls and I've scanned absolutely everything, but I can't for the life of me find out what I'm supposed to do there. I've been desperate so I even tried to enter the screen with the cassetes, mashing different codes togheter hoping to find the right combination and trying to see if the weird paperweight thing interacts with anything around the zone. Please help, I'm stuck.

It's a fantastic game for Quest. Amazing graphics, very immersive hand controls, and a good story......... the story is dark though, like an X-files episode

How do you not get sick? I had to switch movement to dash, I cant even handle the jet pack suit.
John H. It gets easier. Keep playing locomotion for short periods of time and you will get the hang of it. I use to get extremely motion sick within seconds and now I can play for as long as I desire.
why didn't you turn around at the start & search your crash site. Could of been some clues or important stuff to collect....

Game looks great but I’m not huge on games that are solely puzzle games. Vr has taken a turn for the worse nothing but lame little arcade games or puzzle games. Getting bored of my oculus cause all the games are pretty much the same.
I'm not a puzzle game fan either. But it's crazy to say there only puzzle games and arcade games. I have too many games to play. Play Fallout 4 VR, Skyrim VR, From Other Suns, Star Trek Bridge Crew, Elite Dangerous, etc. You can also play Onward and Lone Echo Arena. I'm just naming a few.
