Not easily, but the API has a flag for "openNow" so you could query those only on Monday - Thursday (not the best solution) and get back only businesses open during those times. Otherwise you'd want to scrape all results and then filter the data by opening hours and days, which is returned in the responses.
Our service uses the official Google Maps API which doesn't return that column unfortunately. But you can use the review count column as a way to quickly find unclaimed businesses.
Hi, I am struggling to understand how you get to 20k Businesses that you can scrape, can you clarify how that data would, like is it just business names only? or does it includes all other important stuff like addresses, hours, tec. because i ussually scrape around 1000 busineses for around $30 to $35 dollars with all details above.
Any way to show "busyiness" for specific days... Like Monday-THursday

Does your Google Maps scraper show if a business is claimed or unclaimed? I'm using your tool but don't see that column.
