2部屋目のエアコンが見つけら無かった😅西日のリビングは物干し場になりますね
個人的には1部屋目のほうが使いやすいです 賃貸用のロールスクリーンを設置しましょう 西日の玄関脇にシーツ干したい

2部屋目が魅力的ですね、狭い水回りのトイレにドア付きの工夫を欠かさないのがいい
ただ収納の少なさとエアコン効率が少し気になりますね、3階のテーブルが少し広さぎだから、半分クロゼットにした方がいいと思います
1部屋目は狭いけど、8万なら悪くないと思います！
