Just went to Summerhouse On The Lake in Disney Springs on my trip a couple weeks ago and it was incredible!! The food was amazing and super fresh and their desserts are SO SO GOOD! I would go back every trip lol.
Also, Peter Pan tends to always have a really long line so, especially since you'll have Park Hopper, do it either during fireworks or sometime after. You could technically also get in line right before park close and you'll still get to ride it, no matter the wait time. That way it's not cutting into time you could using for something else :) The best times for rides is always after fireworks!! You could also rope-drop Peter Pan, but the wait time will be hit or miss--it depends if everyone else had the same idea to rope-drop it that day lol. We tried to rope-drop Slinky Dog and the line was literally going into Galaxy's Edge because everyone had the same idea. We decided to run back after Fantasmic that night and, while it was still a fairly long wait, we were able to stay in the park wayyy later than posted closing and the experience is so pretty at night!

Thank you! Will definitely be trying Summerhouse this trip. Also that’s great to know about the lines, I will def do Peter Pan during fireworks!

Garden Grille is great for breakfast! Went with my bf last week and it was the perfect start to Epcot (tides you over through the morning and then you can eat around the festival booths for the rest of the day). Characters weren’t too overbearing either if that’s something you’re worried about

We’re going end of April through beginning of May! Rock n Roller Coaster, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, and Country Bear Jamboree will be closed still 😢 I would recommend Topolino’s Terrace, Storybook Dining at Artist Point, and Garden Grill as character meal options. I love Ohana for dinner and Sci Fi and 50’s Prime Time at HS are both fun ones, we haven’t had too much bossiness at 50’s and we’ve been 2X. I’ve done Roundup Rodeo and it was just okay. Food was okay and theming is cute, but Toy Story Land itself does a sufficient job. I loved Space 220! On our trip new ones for us will be Via Napoli, Akershus, and 1900 Park Fare {because it’s reopening with new characters} 🎉

Ok Madison I have to lot to say so bear with me 😂
Unfortunately country bear jamboree and voyage of the little mermaid are both currently closed and won’t be open probably for the rest of the year.
    Re: food
I haven’t eaten at either but have talked to a lot of people that have and they highly recommend Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin (southern/florida comfort food) and Summer House on the Lake (California/beachy/clean - think coastal living magazine vibes). Both table service in Disney springs.
50’s prime time cafe is a family favorite of ours. They aren’t mean to you exactly - just treat you like a kid. Will “get onto you” for not eating all your veggies, asks if you washed your hands when you use the bathroom, etc. They pick on you in a joking way. Definitely not bullying and you can always request them not to do that if you need. The food is good classic family comfort food. Meatloaf, fried chicken, pot pie. If you drink they have a cute bar that’s themed to a living room liquor cabinet. The atmosphere in the whole restaurant is my favorite thing about it and keeps us coming back.
I’m so glad you feel the same way as me about the liberty square market pickle!! Everyone in my family thinks it’s so weird that that’s the one thing I look forward to eating every trip. We always watch the festival of fantasy parade (at 3pm - they don’t have one at noon anymore) in frontierland outside of the pin store (there’s 2 rocking chairs in the shade that are a perfect place to rest and watch the parade if you’re able to snag them!!) and I always make sure to grab a pickle and come sit in the chair while I’m waiting for the parade to start.
Also if you’re craving a pickle in the other parks, Epcot has a cart by the land (it was closed last month but might be back in may), hollywood studios has a little market across from the entrance to beauty and the beast on sunset boulevard called Anaheim Produce, and Harambe Fruit Market in Africa in animal kingdom is another little market/produce stand.
I can tell by your organization throughout this video that you like to plan things out but if you ever don’t want to, I’m a Disney and Universal travel agent and would love to do it for you (completely at no cost to you; Disney factors commission into their prices, even if you buy the tickets on your own without a travel planner) or if you ever have any questions before/during your trip, just reach out and I’m happy to help and share tips/information 😊 my ig is @juliannabowers
