HS-400 High Speed Shrink Wrapping for Bakeries

The HS-400 is the fastest machine in our shrink wrapping line. The machine can go up to 120 packages per minute and comes standard with 7 servo motors to control the following:
-Infeed Belt
-Spacing Conveyor
-Side Seal / Side Seal Conveyor
-Conveyor before Cross Seal
-Cross Seal Box Motion
-Cross Sealing Action
-Conveyor after the Cross Seal.
This one is custom built to include 2 indexing conveyors that detect the speed of the incoming products and automatically speed up and slow down according to the current production. Also included in this custom system is a vacuum scrap salvage, which is used so the machine does not need to stop in order to empty the scrap wheel. The machine also has a splicer and center folder that helps the operator quickly splice after a roll is empty in order to minimize change over time.
