I don't mean to equate this beautiful video and music to modern video games, but this is the reason why I love Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, it's the only game that lets me walk the streets of Ancient Greece replicated as close in a simulation such as this as possible. I've been so mesmerized just watching the people walk the markets and the temples, talking Greek and Latin, praying to their Gods, haggling for the right price and to have unkempt Socrates suddenly bother me about riddles I know nothing about...
I completely agree with you, hence the reason I added this unique soundtrack to the ambience music. Assassin's Creed essentially takes you back in time, it's like a time traveling device. I hope this music displays some part of that magic.

@@bazpugmire635 That's amazing to hear! Thank you, comments like these keep inspiring me to continue creating more soundscapes. Here's to your graduation :)
Beautiful job! Just one thing the cricket (I think?) sounds are a little irritating to my ears... maybe it's the pitch/tone of those particular sounds IDK, but it reminds me of the noise machine we use to clear rodents out of the property. 😅 I love your channel so much though and the Roman + Hellenic themes are my favorite and the Ancient Egypt ones
Thanks so much! I tried normalizing the cricket sound in the music software but it did turn out a little louder than expected.
My fantasy summer home! Xo ty
Sometimes i think, am i the last sumerian god? Why all of these statues in easter island presented with such glamour and awe??
First +1
P.s. A fine addition to my collection of DnD campaign.
I love this channel.

Oh god just went into your channel and saw that you have lots of other videos with classic ancient roman ambiences im soo gonna listen to those later🤓🤓
@@iguess7997 thank you so much, and welcome to the channel :D I have a playlist for all my Roman themed ambiences on the channel if you need it :))
Well, that's nice to listen to while reading "The Song of Achilles"
Amazing video! And..
I’m searching for a track from 5:12, haven’t found it on UA-cam’s Lisa Lynn themes. It really inspires me, please help me to find it🙏
I think that theme must have have been from one of the Assassin's Creed Odyssey OST's. Try this one, ua-cam.com/video/HAktXjsl9s0/v-deo.html&ab_channel=GameMusicHallberg
THANK YOU!💕🫶❤️
Such a beautiful video, but you will see this temple desecrated in this lifetime for the way that medusa was depicted by the romans 😘
Hey, music from HBO's Rome around the 9 minute mark!
I listen to this at a very low volume while reading the Iliad.
This "moving" picture is quietly disturbing, since the birds are just glued to the sky, like some matrix error...
Beside this, the music is very cool!
someone else commented this too and I noticed it after editing xD now I can't unsee it.
if you could make one related to circe’s island that’d be amazing!! love ur vids
Aeaea! That's a wonderful suggestion, thank you! I've added it to my viewer recommendations :)
Little update: ua-cam.com/video/VDqGbrBkA18/v-deo.html
you said it, and it was done :)
Love 🌌
This is good ;)
Hi! I am a philosophy teacher and my channel is dedicated to it. I sometimes record audio books with music and/or ambience playing in the background. If I give credit to the artist, could I please use it (I don't monetize my channel) ? Thank you :)
Hello there! I would be delighted if you would like to use my ambience music for your channel. My ambience music is released under creative commons :) would love to see your work!
@@roselightmoon Thank you so much! Here is my audiobook, featuring your ambience: ua-cam.com/video/nH1q7__ClJw/v-deo.html
I forgot to tell you it's in French!
I like the music but are those sprinklers I hear in the background?
GLORIA A LOS DIOSES!! LA VERDAD VOLVERA A REINAR HERMANOS!!
Me again trying to sleep while that neighbour barking on the street and thinking he knows how long the third line of triangle is
The crickets are a bit too loud but otherwise its very nice ambience.
The lot torch yet frozen birds in the sky is triggering to me
Now that you mention it, I can't unsee it.
The difference Assassin's Creed Odyssey made in our lives...
That is me playing the harp.
oh wow that's amazing! It's so dreamy! I found the audio on ambient-mixer a while back. I've updated the description to link to your channel
i wish i would have lived in those times. sick of the modern hyper capitalistic world without any meaning.
Back when life had meaning beyond "being on the 9-5 grind."
