Interesting... Don't know why they assume that everyone uses Dean's. Although I use XT60, so mine's a straight plugin. Deeply concerned though, about it defaulting to 4S!! One oversight, and BOOM! Still like the V6 Mini best, as a secondary Charger. I would get around the DC input niggle by using a 12 volt Laptop Charger Brick, and soldering a XT60 Plug to it! 😉

I used a 12v laptop power adaptor for a long time until I got a bench power supply.
If I can afford one, I'd certainly get it! The variable voltage and amperage is definitely a plus.
