Mine keeps doing that, i recently replaced it like a month ago and it did it again. Did yours keep doing?
It did it twice to me. My suspension bushings were bad causing it to be tweaked just enough that it would pop out and blow the bag.
Mines did the same exact thing. Broke the stud. Where did you get the stud from?
