I'm frustrated because I can't afford the Microsoft Office subscriptions and google sheets is free and accessible, but every job I apply to insists you must be experienced with excel. What if I'm experienced with sheets and not excel? Will I not be accepted?
Excel may still be the standard in some places, but that is quickly changing. Many small and medium-sized businesses are starting to use Google sheets exclusively.
I own excel 2016, and I'm trying to justify switching over to sheets because (and simply because) the deselect function doesn't exist and that's the stupidest thing ever.
