For me it's working fine...even I have customise option to select and apply only boot animation...maybe some models don't have this option or once try uninstalling the themes app update...coz recent update of themes app giving so many issues while applying themes !

U have to open link with themes app or search for those themes in themes app...also make sure Ur region is India in phone additional settings to download and u can change region after download

I’m not sure why themes app is missing for your region…once try changing region to India or Indonesia in phone additional settings and reboot the device and see if u can see themes app n then change back to ur default region…I’m not sure it will definitely work…but once try it !
