Let me start by saying that, nothing I say in this comment is aimed at anyone in the video, as I don't know them, so I hope that no one takes it personally. I've been an avid follower of this series as I like vehicles and I like rebuilds. As much as I have enjoyed the process so far, watching these videos has further opened my eyes to how ignorant us hearing folk can be towards a non-hearing individual. I think it is important to make sure that everyone feels included, even in something as little as a conversation, or making simple eye-contact. I hope to execute what I have learned here in my everyday life, and not just be a keyboard warrior. Love the series! Keep on doing what you do!
Yeah good see you back again ! Keep up! I know that you were so tiredness work as lots .. I understand... but I watched your video so awesomely! 😎😁🙂🤖👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👽🤡🤖👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😎😎😎🐶🐱🐭🐹🐰🐯🐨🐼🐻🦊🦁🐮🐷🐸🙊🙉🙈🐵🦋🐬🐳🐙🌎🌏🌍🌻🍄🌊🏄🏼🏄🏼♂️🥇🎭🚌🚎🚐🛴🛵🗿🗽🏖🌄🌅🃏😊😊😊😊🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👻👽🤖🌎🌏🌍🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Think off the cash your saving doing it yourself. And the respect you will have for your bus once your driving it 😜 I love the roll round jig wish I had thought of that. I think I will be making one
👍👍👍😜🏴🦄🎣😁🤞✌️
I have watched a few videos in the past, but I have to say this is the one that got me hooked! First let me say thats its awesome that the Skinners allow you to live and work there, Im not saying its easy living in there yard, but the learning experience of being in that environment is priceless. I wish when I was your age I had that kind of experience. I have owned my Vanagon (1980 air cooled) since new, and it has been a member of my family for 40 yrs this October, and I now drive it almost every day, and work on it in-between. It will never be done, But its my passion, and I always have a big smile on my face as I drive along the beach here on Long Island. Enough about me, what makes your videos so fun to watch, is there face paced, edited well, and cover everything well, without going into boring details. It is a rare opportunity you have there, and as well for us the viewers, getting a glimpse into the inner workings of the Skinner shop. Thanks for the enormous time and effort you put into filming and editing these videos. For us watching, It renews our energy and passion to get out there and do some work, and be a part of the awesome VW world! Peace....
I am from Indonesia, i like your story video

After binge-watching so many of Mics videos, and really sinking into ‘show-not-tell,” I was kind of confused for a moment when Robert started speaking aloud about the spray foam mess ! My brain had to re-adjust 😵💫

Man, you’re doing great work on that bus. It’s gonna look so good. Also, great thinking on putting the freshly painted parts under that plastic bin! Wish I had thought of that doing mine, but I guess the bugs imbedded in the paint give it a little added detail lol. Can’t wait for the next video!!!
Love your videos buddy keep it up can't wait to see the finished product. I know it will be fantastic.
Excellent video! I barely noticed the glitching. All that sand that keeps reappearing is amazing... I would have thought it would all be gone by now but there can’t be much more of it hiding in there!
You are doing an amazing job with your bus💪👍, you are lucky having Skinners work shop and his crew doing this with you. Love your video’s, greetings from “Down Under”✌️

Heck yes! So excited to watch this. :)
Looking great
Lot of love from india💕🇮🇳
Hi Mic. Glad there was a video today. Been quite a wait since the last one. Not complaining, just saying .. .. .. .. ha, ha, ha !
When you have some idle time with Robert, ask him about a couple by the name of Dawn and Tom Kerr. Tom drives (or did) a single cab VW pickup/truck and Dawn quite an old red VW Beetle. I have a video about them and their VW's where (wait for it) Robert actually performed the marriage ceremony for the two of them. The 'church' was the back of Tom's pickup.
I would like to know if they are still in contact with Robert and if they still own/drive the same VW's.
Was such a great video, loaded with people and VW passion.
Go well and happy 'cleaning and painting'.
Love it in the UK 😎
Keep em coming mitch
Im excited to see the finish product
This is an inspiration to everyone who has a passion for classic cars I'm also curious if you would do a video of just the shop and team wotking their. They seem like family from all the videos I've seen
Superb video , keep it up , thanks .
Lot done...good job..👍🇬🇧
Wow you are doing a extensive overhaul on that bus mate. Lucky you are doing the nitty gritty stuff yourself. Something of that magnitude in Australia would cost more than the bus is worth. It would be looking brand new when it’s finished
Super Paris 🇫🇷 👌
Hola me gusta todo en restauración me gusta

I cant wait for the next episode!! You are working hard, the final its gonna be awesome! Nice job!
Wonderful, they let you to work on your bus. It's very satisfying when is finished. Keep working, I want to se him when is finish.
Emil Dan yes I am so grateful they are letting me! 😄👍🏼👍🏼 will do, wont stop!
Even though you are bummed about having to paint those parts twice one good thing to be assured of is that when you sand blast parts, after you paint them the paint will stick better to the parts that are sandblasted. Than if you were to use a wire wheel per say because a wire wheel gives you a smoother surface. Smoother surface is not good for paint adhesion. Plus you should've hit all that dirt off the bottom of the van with a pressure washer first. It would've been a hell've a lot easier. Next time.
I recently discovered they made the t2 in Brazil into the 2000s and that you can buy every body panel for a bus aftermarket including 23 window conversions. So cool.
soooooo much work!
Don't make me wait for next episode!!
That is smart idea to just roll the whole thing.... we'll played man...✌😎
Interesting that you included the "Light Bus" from Bob Heironimous of Baltimore, Maryland. He took that to the Woodstock event in New York in August. It is a replica of the one he built in the 1960s.
Hoooo amazing i love this car to camper fan
It it to win it son :) still rollin nice
Its going to turn out very nice. :-)

Muito bom trabalho blz amigo
Anyone else learnt to read sign language by watching his videos? At first I had to read the subtitles but now after watching him for a so long I find I just watch his hands and don’t really need the subtitles anymore
Ever think about opening a VW garage in Hawii? I bet Robert would help you. Keep grinding brother and I love the videos.
Olá meu amigo, essa combi é a combi do sonho.
Hey cool, by the way your last name suggest you have Dutch heritage Frisian to be exact :-) enjoying your movies!
A video made just for us
About Mac's VDub Kona bus.
The cute li'l pup
Helping Mac clean it up.
And he's eating a whole bunch of dust.
So Mac got himself some NyQ.
That stuff isn't good for you.
But it gives some relief
Helps you turn a new leaf.
You'll also not feel quite so blue!
The Dubs really doing quite nice.
I know you hate painting parts twice.
You'll be glad in the end.
It's looking great my friend.
Soon you'll be back in paradise!
Thanks for the fun my brother. :-)
