A favor isn’t coaching. Patrick stated he didn’t even use the advice. I’m with Mike, Milos along with Dennis poking the fire, feels like he needs to be center of attention. Just like the Samson thing, he sure didn’t mind getting all the praise when Samson was third in the world. He was on every podcast shouting at the top of the mountain about Samson having the ability to win. Then when they split it was all the sudden “ he didn’t follow the plan and wasn’t doing cardio and won’t eat fish”. Well if Milos knew all that then technically you aren’t coaching him either. 😅

I think what Mike is saying is that why does it matter that much? So much so that y’all had a podcast about it and argued like children? It was 20yrs ago. Milos has gotten plenty of credit and is on every podcast talking about his passion of the sport, which he no doubt has in spades. They obviously disagree on the degree on how much help was provided or received. So that’s one disagreement that was 20yrs ago. Let’s just look at it like a scoreboard. Milos has 200 points was it worth the podcast and all the negative comments for his score to be 201? I’m not saying who is right or wrong either. Just stating how I see it and whom I agree with. That’s all….

First time I've disagreed with Mike, definitely wasn't Milos pushing the subject. Doesn't it seem very fearful and odd that Patrick choose to split hairs and battle on this vs just giving credit and moving on. At the end of the day Milos shared his protocol, and helped Patrick. It would be interesting if Patrick is running some of those insulin protocols today, if so, he should be grateful. Love the podcast guys, keep it up!

Originally, Milos let the difference in opinion slide when Patrick first went on three weeks ago. Then, Dennis James encouraged him to speak up and defend his position during the following show and that’s what really lit the drama.
How did bodybuilders work with coaches in the past? They didn’t have the tech we have now so it’s not like Patrick could have easily sent Milos twice a day. I feel like coaching back then was very different from coaching today.

Exactly, but mike/Iian just jumped on Milos. Multiple people confirmed the long fax from Milos details his anabolic, insulin, diuretic protocols along with its appropriate diet layout. Patrick tried to downplay everything and at the end said I never used any of the information that Milos passed. Yet he's thanked him multiple times for what?
Why does Patrick ask for information he'll never use and then go on to thank him for that information that was never useful to him. Either Patrick is straight up lying or there's something he's holding back. He's the one that looks suspicious by making contradictory points and not being truly transparent.

Fouad, as a fan of both milos and patrick... On the first podcast, the topic of Milos and Patrick linking up through a mutual friend came up organically. Milos tried to talk about the one show he coached Patrick for including the peak weak protocols. While Milos was simply bringing something up for nostalgia sake, Patrick got instantly defensive repeatedly saying he must have mistaken him with someone else. Milos didnt even press the issue further. Dennis later on was the one asked Milos why he didn't clarify the situation further. The thing is, Even if Patrick had a different definition for what coaching is... he sort of exposed himself when he said on the next podcast that Milos indeed did give him a bunch of information but he never used it. On the first podcast Patrick didnt say what he did on the second.. he made repeated efforts to make it look like Milos was confused with someone else. Thats why people are all over him and rightfully so, especially when Milos was being so respectful. His second appearance on the podcast was definitely damage control. Otherwise he had no reason to come back on. Patricks whole approach seemed to stem from the insecurity that people would discredit his achievements as a coach because he got some help from Milos 20 years ago? Fans arent stupid. Saw right through it thats all

Nowadays with social media, everybody is picking sides and throwing sh*t at each other not realizing that on the other side of the table there's good people with jobs, families, business, etc.
Now it's the Milos/Patrick situation, but how many times we had this situation? Tonio/Rafa not long ago, and the list goes on.
People need to chill the f*ck out on the internet.
Edit: also I agree with Mike, nowadays everybody is trying to divide everything into black or white; people is uncapable of finding any middle ground whatsoever. Not just in BB but life in general, I feel like in todays world (specially younger folks) we are not capable of having any discussions, if you pick a different side from mine I'm gonna rip you appart.

What’s your guys opinion on Tyler saying they can’t do black back drops unless fans can make up the money for the sponsors at the Olympia. Seems to me they’re not worried about making the show any better for the people that pay to watch, they could just put the sponsors on a screen that rotates through but 🤷🏼‍♂️

    • @FouadAbiad
      @FouadAbiad  5 місяців тому +3

I think he’s 100% right. When you’re giving away $500,000 just to first place and probably millions in prize money, those sponsor dollars are everything.
The luxury of having a smaller show with one or two classes in a small theatre is we can afford to do it the way we want.
Both things can be true at once.

U should have Milo's on to explain. He's not saying he's responsible for Patrick's success or anything. He literally mentioned it in a convo and patrick straight denied all of it . Then came on to apologize for dismissing all of what Milo's said.
Milo's gets shit on by alot of ppl
    Life is about respect.
It's more patrick was embarrassed to say milos coached him incase ppl think pat got his info originally from Milo's.

Mike, before saying what you think and disrespecting Mr Milos that you dident even achive 1% of what he did in bodybuilding and fitness, please make sure to watch the podcast before making stupid comments, milos never bragged about it. Also, mauro sassi beat patrick in a show and patrick The lier kindly asked mauro who coached you asked and mauro sassi told him milos, so patrick procceded with asking him can you introduce me to him for coaching? So he checked his diet he provided him with protocols and was guiding him till the last week of the show not how patryick is lying and saying thats not true. Show some respect to one of the legends in the sport. Mike you try to brag with them stupid training videos.. how can we take advice from you on training when you never been on the pro level? Please stop disrespecting one of the legends like milos. The man is very loyal to all bodybuilders and his knowladge in muscle building and nutrition is on another level.

I’ve asked this on several threads and nobody has had an answer yet. Everyone talks about Milos track record but who’s on it? I know in the 90s when he was also competing he helped Dennis James and Dennis Wolf but those were prob more of a collaborative effort due to the time period, there just wasn’t a lot of coaches then. In modern times who has Milos coached that has come in peeled and nailed it? Regan missed for years and there is a rumor they spilt. Behrooz looks good but all Middle East dudes are shredded. The narrative the whole time with Samson was “ if he could just get peeled”. Where are the National level dudes that are getting pro cards? Don’t coaches usually post pics of there clients? All I see if Milos being a great historian. Can he put on size with dudes with the insulin? Of course. But who has he coached in modern times that has nailed it? Milos answered me on one of the comments and said he has coached 30 Olympians but didn’t give one name. 🤷🏼‍♂️
