I’ve been vegan for a few months now and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and for the environment! So great to see how non judgmental you are towards it as so many people have preconceived ideas and say “it’s nice ... considering it’s vegan” which is really frustrating! Secondly every flavourful dish you get anywhere even if not vegan is made up or different herbs spices olive oil garlic etc along with veggies to make it something. So of course it’s nice! You can only salt/eat meat a limited amount ways where as with veggies there’s an abundance of them and so many ways to combine/use them to create different flavours!

I also recommend the following youtube channels: Earthling Ed and joey carbstrong and Gaz oakley. Gaz is a vegan chef and i've tried some of his meals and they're really good.

Watching the game changers on Netflix really opened my eyes to how bad meat actually is and I’m glad it’s helped other people too. Once you are vegan you feel more up beat and light and overall healthier, you forget about things like bacon and steak and realise how nice a vegan diet actually tastes
A lot of breads actually aren’t vegan! A lot contain eggs, milk or honey! But your dad seriously is looking great since going vegan he has such a healthy glow to him !
So impressed that Darren is vegan. My partner and I both went vegan 2 years ago and it's the best decision we have ever made. If anyone is interested in it, or wants to learn more about the benefits I would definitely recommend watching The Game Changers (on netflix or youtube)
