Tbh I am being hard on myself by putting certain expectations on myself , I think by fulfilling them I will achieve my goals although nothing is working out and on top of that my sleep schedule is a mess ! No matter how much I try I can't sleep at all even if I'm too tired.

this reading ended up aligning so much with the end of july and beginning of august. I got a lot of at my job and started doing the most to get more recognised, ended up being fired. which was great because I actually hated there and was starting to get bitter and stressed 😬 now I'm reassessing all of my careers goals but it does feel hopeful
