I think a cool feature to add if it isn’t already in the game would be fear and respect from NPCs. If you’re a notorious pirate with high bounty, NPCs on an island will hide in their houses/avoid you. If you’re a highly respected marine NPCs will occasionally salute/cheer you as you walk in the town. This could also work as if you’re a pirate which liberates people, citizens will view you as heroic. If you’re a marine that kills people for petty crimes people will boo you and hide.
I love all the details. It's so much small detail mechanics that really makes the game feel even more alive. As someone who has been playing/making content on Rell Games work for 2 years now, I am truly impressed and honored to be able to experience each and every masterpiece. Thank you.

For a musician path, yall should add different instruments that can be played either manually or with premade songs which can get better in quality via musical mastery. It would be fun to have players just popping off on the deck of the ship, especially with someone who may be really talented with playing manually! (I just really like music lmao, Brook path would slap) Adding onto this, as reference, theres a feature in this game, Sky: Children of the Light, that allows you to play music sheets via a timing minigame on your instrument, you could base mastery off of how well you do or smth like that lol, I'm just throwing out ideas.

This is the best Roblox game. It’s polished with nice graphics but more importantly the mechanics are AMAZING. I’ve never been a huge fan of combo based combat but the parrying system seems very well done and I’m looking forward to playing it some day. Plus u just have so many Roblox unique mechanics which I’ve never seen before. Massive props.

I really appreciate the fact that they make their adventure game feel like an actual adventure game, and their focus on content outside of combat. I'm pretty excited about the story mode, and I hope the story mode will act sort of like a tutorial. (Kinda like Arcane) I do hope they add in customizable weaponry on boats, like instead of just cannons you can shoot grappling hooks onto other ships or different sort of cannons and cannon balls. I did notice that in the trailer you can still only jump 8 times. I just don't feel its right to set an arbitrary limit on how many times you can jump, and I would still suggest tying how many times you can geppo to the player's stamina bar, making it drain a set amount of stamina based on their mastery of it or something like that. This would make the aerial combat last a lot longer, and instead of the players having to constantly keep track of their geppo limit, they can just determine it by looking at their stamina. To prevent players from just skywalking everywhere, I feel like making the islands further away like they said would most likely prevent that.

Please add a ranking system to the Pirate's Life game, where players can become Yonkous, Shichibukais, and Marines can rise to the rank of Admirals. This would be a great way to motivate players to keep playing, as few games have such an innovation. Starting as recruits and eventually becoming Admirals for the Marines would be highly satisfying for players, and being able to provide rewards as players advance in ranks would be a fantastic addition! :)
Imagine if they add a system for when one of the crews crewmate gets captured and is gonna get executed, the crew can interfere, a lot depends on their bounty

This feels like Arcane Odyssey if Arcane Odyssey had a way better combat system, the focus on the world and travel by boat is such a breath of fresh air and being able to customize your character down to the talents you want to spec into is an amazing decision, the freedom is doing whatever you like is quite honestly incredible and makes the world feel alive, I hope the community makes use of this freedom to make the world of Rell Seas feel just as diverse as One Piece itself, with many people choosing their own unique paths whether it be cooking, merchantry, woodcutting, navigating, repairing ships, etc. I can't wait to see what kind of unique environment spawns out of this unique system (And I also hope people don't just give into their bandit beating urges and only ever progress by killing NPC's cause that would be such a shame)

Absolutely huge W for the Rell team i used to be a huge Shindo Life (Shinobi life 2) fan back in the day and this is quite making me lay on the floor curling my toes because of how good the detail is. I can only pray it has mobile support
47:09 For those who don't realize how impressive this is, I'm going to use Arcane Odyssey as an example. When you're in the Dark Seas or Bronze Seas doing ship combat, you'd have to stop your ship to go fight NPCs because due to the fact that if your ship keeps running and you jump, you fly off backwards. That's normal roblox physics, when your vehicle is running forwards and you jump, the vehicle kind of "outspeeds" you and leaves you behind. With Rell Seas custom physics, this means you can fight on ships while it's running. So your friends who man the wheel and cannons can keep shooting at other ships in the distance, while you kick enemies off your ship deck. This alone opens up the possibility to escape ships when they surround you. With other ship combat from other games, you'd have to stop your ship and defeat everybody around you if you want to live. Not only that, but this also allows you to chill out or move around the ship without being at the helm.
I can tell it's better than arcane cuz of the fact that vetex is just a sole developer who doesn't really listen to feedbacks that much but it keeps the game more og so what can we say...
@@shuu-t7697 I mean, game developers aren't really obligated to listen to feedback though again there is the argument of "If you don't give us what we want we will not support your game" which is why some developers listen to their community. Even then, I think it's a good idea Vetex has his own vision and ideas for his games and while people have good ideas, some of which can be hard for a solo developer to make at all, and we don't even know if some of the ideas we suggest to him would be in the way of what he's planning for future updates. Arcane Odyssey is definitely cooking and if you think about it at the end of the day, Rell Seas took inspiration off Arcane Odyssey's ship customization and combat, polished it and made it more towards what the community wanted to see from Vetex. So all in all, I don't really think Rell Seas or Arcane Odyssey is better than each other but they can definitely build off each other.

The fact that in this game u will actually have every option to do everything you want like in the one piece, take 10 guys or do a crew like white beard ,get other crew to be allies with your crew , be a civilian etc , and everything affects how you play and what u can do or can t and people have the option to make whatever build and not only same powers ,is making this game the best pirate adventure (one piece)
I hope rell reads this Suggestion: it would be nice to make it where the villages can be completely destroyed, like houses and everything and the villagers would rebuild and it would last about an hour or so and also making it where the useful NPC’s to die and be replaced by someone else.

a cool feature to add that maybe if your ship isn’t anchored, maybe it can also drift away slightly so you will have to anchor to prevent your ship drifting away/being stolen.

I am 15 years old, a dad of 0 kids. I just went up to my room after having a terrible day, and I have been levitating and curling my toes for approximately 36 seconds. Rell seas saved me. The window on the first floor was looking so nice to jump out of until i saw this masterpieceof an artwork. I even woke up my 0 kids to watch this masterpiece. They hated it, because they don’t exist. I disowned all of them nonexistent kids from my nonexistent family. I am still a single male, i may be lonely, but i’ve still got rell seas.
Hope they add that colosseum as like bracket matches similar to how they did the exams in shinobi origin, the servers where you wait for your round and can observe fights from the sidelines, those were really fun. If not bracket matches, then probably done like how it is in the series, or perhaps an option between the two.
The game looks absolutely amazing so far, and although i have absolutely no idea on development and its process i'd just like to recommend a few things to make the game look better(atleast imo) mainly my only issues with the game so far is the water physics and look with it looking paperish, and alongside the environment as well as color correction not being nearly as vibrant as many other games and lacking that pop. But this doenst seem to be as much as an issue inside the buildings. As well as possible improvement on the windows which i belive would match the seeting much better if they were actually see theough and not baby blue with white strips.
The fact that they said they might have to make 2 MOVIES all because the content is so huge shows this game is gonna be possibly the best One piece game to touch earth. They are truly balancing one piece games and making them actually fun for everyone....
Next time you guys come out with an update video, I think it would help to make a check list for yourselves and to go over the features in the order that you wrote them down. I think it would help the video flow a little better and make it easier to understand for the average viewer.
The actual rell brothers developers of managing the marines sounds like the coolest thing ever it reminds me a lot of helldivers 2 and I absolutely love it
i really like it, to be honest, talking about the ships, i know its not done, just saying it would be way cooler to have water details on the ship moving, along with SFX, also bigger explosions for the cannon balls, anyway, for the time this game is being developed, its really awsome that they got this much work done already, very well done!.
It would be sick if you added npc ships. You can meet up with marine ships or npc private ships where you can get rewards or exp and maybe cosmetics. I think it would add a nice touch to sailing especially for pirates who want to see more of that aspect.
I'm honestly excited to play a game like this, mostly because of the time and dedication that's been put into it, but also because of the fact that supposedly everything I will do is going to count as progress. The process of repeating the same quest over and over again is starting to get boring for me if I'm being totally honest.
I think a cool feature to add would be ship cosmetics like having your ships design looking like the thousand sunny or going merry but it should cost robux to make it unique

I think this game would probably be missing out on player interaction. For example you might have a player who wants to increase his cooking skills. But doesn’t have the combat skills to defeat the stronger enemies for their resources. So maybe having the ability to trade and mechanics that encourage player interaction would make the game more fun. this is the first time I’ve heard about this game so I’m not sure if they have done that already.
@@SaoerJL I’m aware, my only concern is that wouldn’t be enough. Go to player shop, buy items, leave. And that’s if you’re lucky you didn’t get assassinated. It gets dull really quickly. Some Co op would make player interaction more interesting.
The skills such as cooking fishing and mining are separate than skills like health strength endurance and all. Basically, someone who puts skill points into being a fighter or something will still be able to focus on being a cook or other jobs like that.
My only complaint isn't even derived from the game: The video format. Nothing against it, but you get very confused when explaining, sometimes you forget what you were going to show or you get overstimulated with too much information and end up speaking without any cohesion (Also stuttering, making the sentence disjointed). It would be cool if this game demonstration was a little more formal, where you already separate topics before creating the video so it doesn't get too overwhelming. Good luck with the project and I'm looking forward to the result!

For a musician path, yall should add different instruments that can be played either manually or with premade songs which can get better in quality via musical mastery. It would be fun to have players just popping off on the deck of the ship, especially with someone who may be really talented with playing manually!

Adding onto this, as reference, theres a feature in this game, Sky: Children of the Light, that allows you to play music sheets via a timing minigame on your instrument, you could base mastery off of how well you do or smth like that lol, I'm just throwing out ideas.

This is the best Roblox game. It’s polished with nice graphics but more importantly the mechanics are AMAZING. I’ve never been a huge fan of combo based combat but the parrying system seems very well done and I’m looking forward to playing it some day. Plus u just have so many Roblox unique mechanics which I’ve never seen before. Massive props.

I really appreciate the fact that they make their adventure game feel like an actual adventure game, and their focus on content outside of combat. I'm pretty excited about the story mode, and I hope the story mode will act sort of like a tutorial. (Kinda like Arcane) I do hope they add in customizable weaponry on boats, like instead of just cannons you can shoot grappling hooks onto other ships or different sort of cannons and cannon balls. I did notice that in the trailer you can still only jump 8 times. I just don't feel its right to set an arbitrary limit on how many times you can jump, and I would still suggest tying how many times you can geppo to the player's stamina bar, making it drain a set amount of stamina based on their mastery of it or something like that. This would make the aerial combat last a lot longer, and instead of the players having to constantly keep track of their geppo limit, they can just determine it by looking at their stamina. To prevent players from just skywalking everywhere, I feel like making the islands further away like they said would most likely prevent that.

Please add a ranking system to the Pirate's Life game, where players can become Yonkous, Shichibukais, and Marines can rise to the rank of Admirals. This would be a great way to motivate players to keep playing, as few games have such an innovation. Starting as recruits and eventually becoming Admirals for the Marines would be highly satisfying for players, and being able to provide rewards as players advance in ranks would be a fantastic addition! :)

This feels like Arcane Odyssey if Arcane Odyssey had a way better combat system, the focus on the world and travel by boat is such a breath of fresh air and being able to customize your character down to the talents you want to spec into is an amazing decision, the freedom is doing whatever you like is quite honestly incredible and makes the world feel alive, I hope the community makes use of this freedom to make the world of Rell Seas feel just as diverse as One Piece itself, with many people choosing their own unique paths whether it be cooking, merchantry, woodcutting, navigating, repairing ships, etc. I can't wait to see what kind of unique environment spawns out of this unique system (And I also hope people don't just give into their bandit beating urges and only ever progress by killing NPC's cause that would be such a shame)

For those who don't realize how impressive this is, I'm going to use Arcane Odyssey as an example.
When you're in the Dark Seas or Bronze Seas doing ship combat, you'd have to stop your ship to go fight NPCs because due to the fact that if your ship keeps running and you jump, you fly off backwards. That's normal roblox physics, when your vehicle is running forwards and you jump, the vehicle kind of "outspeeds" you and leaves you behind.
With Rell Seas custom physics, this means you can fight on ships while it's running. So your friends who man the wheel and cannons can keep shooting at other ships in the distance, while you kick enemies off your ship deck. This alone opens up the possibility to escape ships when they surround you. With other ship combat from other games, you'd have to stop your ship and defeat everybody around you if you want to live.
Not only that, but this also allows you to chill out or move around the ship without being at the helm.
I can tell it's better than arcane cuz of the fact that vetex is just a sole developer who doesn't really listen to feedbacks that much but it keeps the game more og so what can we say...
@@shuu-t7697 I mean, game developers aren't really obligated to listen to feedback though again there is the argument of "If you don't give us what we want we will not support your game" which is why some developers listen to their community.
Even then, I think it's a good idea Vetex has his own vision and ideas for his games and while people have good ideas, some of which can be hard for a solo developer to make at all, and we don't even know if some of the ideas we suggest to him would be in the way of what he's planning for future updates.
Arcane Odyssey is definitely cooking and if you think about it at the end of the day, Rell Seas took inspiration off Arcane Odyssey's ship customization and combat, polished it and made it more towards what the community wanted to see from Vetex. So all in all, I don't really think Rell Seas or Arcane Odyssey is better than each other but they can definitely build off each other.

I am 15 years old, a dad of 0 kids. I just went up to my room after having a terrible day, and I have been levitating and curling my toes for approximately 36 seconds. Rell seas saved me. The window on the first floor was looking so nice to jump out of until i saw this masterpieceof an artwork. I even woke up my 0 kids to watch this masterpiece. Hope they add that colosseum as like bracket matches similar to how they did the exams in shinobi origin, the servers where you wait for your round and can observe fights from the sidelines, those were really fun. The game looks absolutely amazing so far, and although i have absolutely no idea on development and its process i'd just like to recommend a few things to make the game look better(atleast imo) mainly my only issues with the game so far is the water physics and look with it looking paperish, and alongside the environment as well as color correction not being nearly as vibrant as many other games and lacking that pop. But this doenst seem to be as much as an issue inside the buildings. As well as possible improvement on the windows which i belive would match the seeting much better if they were actually see theough and not baby blue with white strips.
The fact that they said they might have to make 2 MOVIES all because the content is so huge shows this game is gonna be possibly the best One piece game to touch earth.
They are truly balancing one piece games and making them actually fun for everyone....

Next time you guys come out with an update video, I think it would help to make a check list for yourselves and to go over the features in the order that you wrote them down. I think it would help the video flow a little better and make it easier to understand for the average viewer.
The actual rell brothers developers of managing the marines sounds like the coolest thing ever it reminds me a lot of helldivers 2 and I absolutely love it
i really like it, to be honest, talking about the ships, i know its not done, just saying it would be way cooler to have water details on the ship moving, along with SFX, also bigger explosions for the cannon balls, anyway, for the time this game is being developed, its really awsome that they got this much work done already, very well done!.
It would be sick if you added npc ships. You can meet up with marine ships or npc private ships where you can get rewards or exp and maybe cosmetics. I think it would add a nice touch to sailing especially for pirates who want to see more of that aspect.

I'm honestly excited to play a game like this, mostly because of the time and dedication that's been put into it, but also because of the fact that supposedly everything I will do is going to count as progress. The process of repeating the same quest over and over again is starting to get boring for me if I'm being totally honest.

I think this game would probably be missing out on player interaction. For example you might have a player who wants to increase his cooking skills. But doesn’t have the combat skills to defeat the stronger enemies for their resources. So maybe having the ability to trade and mechanics that encourage player interaction would make the game more fun. this is the first time I’ve heard about this game so I’m not sure if they have done that already.

@@SaoerJL I’m aware, my only concern is that wouldn’t be enough. Go to player shop, buy items, leave. And that’s if you’re lucky you didn’t get assassinated. It gets dull really quickly. Some Co op would make player interaction more interesting.

The skills such as cooking fishing and mining are separate than skills like health strength endurance and all.
Basically, someone who puts skill points into being a fighter or something will still be able to focus on being a cook or other jobs like that.
Coming back after the recent movie 2 and other sneaks and DAMN this game has just only gotten better than it already was, God Bless.
My only complaint isn't even derived from the game: The video format. Nothing against it, but you get very confused when explaining, sometimes you forget what you were going to show or you get overstimulated with too much information and end up speaking without any cohesion (Also stuttering, making the sentence disjointed). It would be cool if this game demonstration was a little more formal, where you already separate topics before creating the video so it doesn't get too overwhelming. Good luck with the project and I'm looking forward to the result!

Apparently people can only appreciate fruits. The amount of detail and uniqueness will be appreciated by the good people, rellbrothers. The other ones will just talk about "yapping" or something. It's really a shame that this is the kind of people that got to watch this instead of the people with actual brains your game wants to reach. Fly high hope, i get to play this soon.

Shindo life was one of the first games I ever played and has by far been the most played game on my account. I really hope that I can get to play rell seas soon because I miss the feeling that shindo life gave me it was truly a masterpiece and so will rell seas.
